Figure 1 shows conventional spin-washing tubs stacked upside down. 1 is the spin-drying/washing tub body, 2 is a small hole for draining water, and 3 is the bottom of the side wall of the spin-drying/washing tub body 1. It is an edge-like rib formed. Conventionally, manufactured dehydrating/washing tub bodies 1 have been stacked upside down as shown in FIG. 1 in order to store a large number of them in a small space and reduce inventory costs. In order to make such a stacked state stable, an edge-shaped rib 3 has conventionally been formed on the lower side wall of the dewatering/washing tub main body 1.

Incidentally, in recent years, in order to save water by reducing the number of rinses, it has become customary to dehydrate clothes immediately after washing. In this way, when dehydrating immediately after washing, for example when there is a lot of bubbles in the dehydration/washing tub, such as when washing lightly soiled clothes, the conventional dehydration/washing tub has an edge-shaped rib 3 below it. However, the detergent water mixed with foam gets stuck between the outer wall of the spin-drying/washing tub and the inner wall of the water receiving tank that covers it, and does not fall down easily, so the spin-drying time has to be extended. Ta.

In order to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional example, the present invention has the following features:
A cylindrical rib having an outer diameter that can fit with the inner wall surface of the upper opening is provided on the outer bottom surface of the dehydration/washing tub, and a plurality of protrusions are provided on the upper part of the peripheral wall surface of the cylindrical rib. By doing so, it is possible to safely stack the items in stock, reducing inventory costs, and when dehydrating immediately after washing, it shortens the dehydrating time and saves electricity. It provides a dehydration and washing tub for the machine. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

Fig. 2 shows the dewatering/washing tub according to the present invention stacked upside down, where 4 is the main body of the washing tub, 5 is a small hole for draining water, and 6 is the bottom of the washing tub main body 4. The cylindrical rib 7 formed in the cylindrical rib 6 is a protrusion provided on the upper part of the peripheral wall surface of the cylindrical rib 6. As shown in FIG. 2, the outer diameter of the cylindrical rib 6 is selected so as to fit with the inner wall surface of the opening at the upper part of the dewatering/washing tub main body 4, and the protrusion 7 is located at the upper edge of the opening. The size is chosen so that it can be placed there. That is, if the distance from the center of the dewatering/washing tub main body 4 to the outer peripheral wall surface of the cylindrical rib 6 is A, the distance to the tip of the protrusion 7 is B, and the distance to the inner wall surface of the opening is C, then A is slightly smaller than C, and B is larger than C. As described above, since the dewatering/washing tub according to the present invention is provided with the cylindrical rib 6 and the protruding part 7, it can be safely stacked when stocked after manufacturing, thereby saving stock space. Can be done.

FIG. 3 shows the configuration of a single-tank dewatering/washing machine equipped with a dehydrating/washing tub according to the present invention.
Components with the same reference numerals as in FIG.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a drain port provided at the bottom of the water receiving tank 10. The drain port 11 communicates with the outside via a pot 12 and a drain hose 13. Reference numeral 14 denotes a board on which a motor 15, a dehydration/washing switching mechanism 16, etc. are arranged, and is fixed to the bottom of the water tank 10, and is suspended from the top of the outer frame 19 via a vibration isolator 17 and a rod 18. Supported.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the dewatering and washing tub according to the present invention is used, there is a sufficient distance between the dehydration and washing tub main body 4 and the water receiving tank 10 even below the dehydration and washing tub main body 4. Even when dehydrating detergent water with a lot of bubbles, as soon as the detergent water comes out of the water drainage small hole 5, it falls and is drained.
