ある。 Various methods are known for making partial corrections in the photolithography process, but
When correcting lines, patterns, etc., it is convenient to use a so-called "strip film." The strip film is made from a relatively thick transparent base, usually about 120 to 200 μm, with a removable adhesive.
It is commercially available as a product in which transparent films as thin as μm are laminated, and a silver salt emulsion layer is further formed on the transparent film. The strip film is exposed and developed in the usual way to form desired characters, lines, patterns, etc., and then the necessary parts of the transparent film are cut out along with the emulsion layer with a cutter knife, etc., and the photographic original plate is formed using an adhesive. Paste it where necessary and make corrections. Generally, it is troublesome to apply an adhesive each time, so the adhesive is often applied to the entire surface of the emulsion layer after development and used in a semi-dry state. In addition, the transparent film of the strip film is thin and carries static electricity, which easily sticks to the original plate, which can lead to quality-related accidents if scraps or unnecessary characters are overlooked during the printing process. There are many things that happen. Furthermore, in order to clearly identify the areas where such corrections have been made, transparent colored paint is often applied to the corrected areas from the transparent film side, but the solvent in the transparent colored paint forms an adhesive layer with a second adhesive. This is undesirable because it can penetrate the adhesive and cause the adhesive to float or even peel off.

に関するものである。 The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method. A strip film with easy peelability between the agent and the transparent film is exposed and developed, and then a second layer is formed on the emulsion layer side of the transparent film.
In the original plate correction method, the transparent film is separated from the desired area along with the developed emulsion layer and pasted onto a separate positive or negative. 480nm
The present invention relates to a method for correcting an original plate, which is characterized by using an adhesive colored with a transparent coloring agent that absorbs light of a wavelength of .

(c) The adhesiveness of the surface is reduced by drying after application, (d) sufficient adhesion is exhibited by pressure during adhesion, and (e) light from the baking light source is transmitted through.

Color it. The printing light can be used depending on the color sensitivity of the photosensitive material or printing plate material used as the printing target, and the transmission wavelength range required for the transparent colorant also differs depending on the printing light. I can't say for sure, but for example
280-480nm, which is the sensitive wavelength of PS plate, preferably
A dye that transmits 350 to 400 nm is used, such as Orient Oil Blue, an oil dye.
Examples include BOS (manufactured by Orient) and Samburu-SS5 (manufactured by Sanken Kagaku Co., Ltd.).

This is a known coating method in which 0.01 to 0.1 part by weight of a colorant is added to each part by weight. 1 to 5 g/m 2 of the emulsion layer side of the exposed and developed strip film is coated and dried by a roll coating method, a gravure coating method, a spray coating method, or a brushing method.

Unlike conventional methods, the colored transparent paint penetrates into the adhesive layer during coloring, which eliminates the disadvantages of floating and peeling. Furthermore, since pre-colored adhesive is used, there is no possibility of accidental application of chips or chips. Even if a transparent film with unnecessary characters adheres to the transparent film, it can be easily detected, so it is possible to prevent printing plates from being manufactured and printed with unnecessary characters attached.
