(Industrial Field of Application) The present invention relates to the manufacture of the above-mentioned cash pack, which is housed in a payment machine that packs a fixed amount of banknotes and automatically dispenses the banknotes. (Prior Art) In a fixed amount dispensing machine, a payment is made with bills packed in a predetermined amount in advance.
For example, in JP-A No. 55-156148, articles such as banknotes are stored continuously at a certain pitch in sealed envelopes, and the envelopes are provided with perforation and stored in a storage device having a fixed position stop mechanism. a lock lever capable of locking and locking the attachment part of the storage device; and a mechanism for stopping the envelopes in a fixed position; By using an online card, such as an automatic sending machine, which consists of a feeding device with a built-in feeding roller, and which sends out a fixed amount of envelopes by perforation by the cooperation of the above-mentioned fixed position stop mechanisms. When cash is needed in an emergency, automatic dispensing machines are convenient because they are installed in shops, stations, etc., and dispense a fixed amount of cash in packs at a time. As the enclosing device for manufacturing the cash pack used in this automatic teller machine, the following is known as a prior art. For example, in JP-A No. 49-19991, an enclosure device inserts an enclosed object between two consecutively connected upper and lower insert sheets and adheres the periphery thereof. A width adhesive part and a side edge adhesive part that adheres both side edges of the inserting paper are provided, and the width adhesive part is positioned on the upper side in the feeding direction of the said inserting paper, and the width adhesive part is positioned on the lower side in the feeding direction of the enclosed paper. An enclosing device in which the both side edge adhesive parts are located at positions separated by one pitch. In addition, as a vacuum packaging method, a check valve is provided in a packaging material such as a bag or container containing an object to be packaged, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 52-139590, and then a pressure difference is created between the inside and outside of the packaging material. The vacuum is characterized in that the check valve is opened by the pressure difference, and after the air or moisture inside the packaging material and the air have escaped, the check valve is closed again, thereby shutting off the inside and outside of the packaging material. Packaging laws, etc. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) With the above-mentioned conventional means, the perforations formed in the upper and lower pack papers do not overlap each other, making it difficult to cut, making the cut portion unsightly, and various other inconveniences. There were many. (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a mechanism for engaging with feed holes provided on both side edges of both the upper and lower pack paper for packing banknotes. The above-mentioned pack papers are made such that the perforations in the width direction formed at a constant pitch in the direction overlap and match each other,
The upper and lower sprocket wheels, which rotate at the same speed and feed a fixed amount of paper, and the stacking section that faces between the two upper and lower pack sheets and stacks the banknotes to be inserted therein, and the Two annular sealing surfaces with a notched circle that touch both side edges of both packing papers sent by the sprocket wheel, excluding the perforations, and a linear sealing surface connected in the axial direction and touching both sides of the paper, excluding the perforations, are attached to the outer periphery. It consists of a heat roller that can complete one pack in one rotation by rotating a fixed amount at the same speed as the plurality of sprocket wheels, and a movable press roller that presses the upper and lower two pack papers against the heat roller. The above-mentioned problem is solved by an automatic banknote packing device characterized in that: (Function) In the present invention, the sprocket wheel, which rotates at the same speed and in fixed amounts, engages with the feed holes on both sides of the upper and lower pack papers whose perforations overlap, so that both pack papers can be accurately moved with the perforations aligned. A movable press roller presses both paper packs into which banknotes stacked by the feeding and stacking unit are inserted against a heat roller that rotates in fixed amounts at the same speed as the sprocket wheel, thereby sealing the two annular seals of the heat roller. The surfaces seal both side edges of the pack paper except for the perforations in the matching state, and the linear sealing surfaces seal both sides of the paper pack excluding the perforations in the matching state. (Example) Next, an example of the continuous pack device according to the present invention shown in the drawings will be described in detail. A stacker section a that accommodates banknotes to be packed from one side, a feeding counting section b that feeds out and counts banknotes one by one from this, a stacking section c that temporarily accumulates the fed and counted banknotes, and both side edges. Pack paper accommodating parts d and d' each having a feed hole and perforations formed at appropriate pitches in the width direction for storing upper and lower pack papers, respectively, and the upper and lower pack papers are stacked and During this time, there is a sealing part e that feeds the stacked banknotes and seals both sides of the pack paper and both sides of the perforation, and a printing part f that displays the amount, etc. on one or both sides of the pack with the banknotes sealed.
and a pack accommodating part g for folding and accommodating this in a warp-folded state along the perforations. The stacker section a accommodates a large number of banknotes (for example, if one pack contains 2 million banknotes and 10 thousand banknotes, totaling 30,000 yen), 10,000 banknotes n and 1,000 banknotes n', respectively. The banknotes n, 1' are pressed from one end by push plates 1, 1', and the bills n, 1' are pressed from the other end by suckers 2, 2', respectively.
Take out the n' sheets one by one by suction and feed them to the feeding counter b. This feeding counting section b includes take-up rollers 3, 3',
The receiving rollers 4, 4' catch one end of the banknotes n, n', and the feeding belt group 5, 5' is connected to the receiving rollers 4, 4'. , n' are counted while they are passing through, and detection of overlapping of two sheets, etc. is performed using a phototransistor or the like (not shown). Each banknote n sent by the feeding roller group 5, 5',
n' is received between each blade of the impeller 6 and pushed out and stacked on the stacking plate 7 of the stacking section c by a fixed take-out plate 8. If the count value is correct, the movable roller 9, which can freely come into contact with and separate from the support roller 30, descends and clamps the banknote between it and the rotating support roller 30, and the banknote is sent as it is to the sealing part e.
If there is an error such as overlapping of sheets, the stacking plate 7 rotates about the shaft 10 and is ejected into the reject box 11. Ordinary paper (resin-treated) or transparent or opaque synthetic resin film (hereinafter collectively referred to as pack paper) for packing banknotes n and n' are provided at the upper and lower parts of the device, respectively. i.e. above,
The lower pack paper accommodating parts d, d' hold pack papers 14, 1, which have feed holes 12 on both sides and perforations 13 in the width direction at appropriate intervals, as shown in FIG.
4' is folded from the perforation 13 into a warp-book fold, stored in the boxes 15, 15', and pulled out to the sealed portion e. The seal part e is attached to the fixed heat unit 16.
and a press unit 18 that can be opened and closed around the shaft 17.
As a result, the heat unit 16 is connected to the sprocket wheel 1 which engages with the feed hole 12 of the pack paper 14' below.
9, heat roller 20, and sprocket wheel 21
Also, feed rollers 22 are arranged to interlock with each other. The press unit 18 has a sprocket wheel 23 corresponding to the sprocket wheel 19.
A movable press roller 24 corresponding to the heat roller 20 and a biting roller 25 corresponding to the feed roller 22 are provided so as to interlock with each other. However, this sprocket car 19, 21, 2
The pack p fed by the feed roller 3 and the feed roller 22 is folded along the perforation 13 and stored in the pack storage section g in the form of a book-fold. The printing part f is for printing the amount of money to be packed on one side of the pack paper 14', and may be provided on the pack paper 14 side as well. As is clear from FIG. 4, the heat roller 20 has missing circular portions 26, 2 in the circumferential direction near both ends thereof.
6', and an annular sealing surface 27, 27' formed in the axial direction, with an interval approximately equal to the gap width of the notched circular parts 26, 26' on both sides along a line connecting the notched circular parts 26, 26'. Linear sealing surfaces 28, 28' arranged in parallel and intermittently are formed. In FIGS. 2 and below, bills are fed one by one between the blades of the impeller 6 from the feeding counter b. That is, first, two ten-thousand notes are fed, then ten thousand-thousand notes are fed and stacked on the stacking plate 7 by the take-out plate 8, and if the counting is correct, the movable roller 9 moves around the axis 9'. As the movable roller 9 rotates and presses the banknote between it and the support roller 30, the support roller 10 rotates, so that the accumulated banknotes are sent to the sealing part e. On the other hand, pack paper 14,
14' is guided by the guide plates 31, 31' after the enclosed amount and other necessary indicators are printed in the printing part f, and the feed holes 12, 12' are engaged with the sprocket wheels 23, 19, respectively. Furthermore, it is spread between a heat roller 20, a sprocket wheel 21, and a feed roller 22. The packing paper 14 can be easily set by rotating the press unit 18 around the shaft 17 to open it, and by separating the packing paper 14' from the guide plate 31'. Note that the upper and lower pack papers 14 and 14' are each perforated at 1.
3 and the perforations 12, 12' are set to coincide with each other. Thus, the positions of the pack papers 14, 14' are determined so that the perforations 13 overlap and match the missing circular portions 26, 26' of the heat roller 20. When the heater (not shown) of the heat roller 20 reaches the appropriate temperature, the movable press roller 24 descends and presses the pack paper 14, 14' so that it comes into pressure contact with the heat roller 20. Both sides of the eye 13 are sealed. At this time, the movable roller 9 descends, the bill is clamped by the conveying roller 30, and inserted between the paper packs 14 and 14' between the sprocket wheels 23 and 19. Before this insertion, the posture of the banknotes, such as overlapping, is detected in advance by a detection sensor (not shown) or the like. Since the sprocket wheels 19, 23, heat roller 20, sprocket wheel 21, feed roller 22, and movable press roller 24 rotate from the middle of insertion, the annular sealing surface 2 of the heat roller 20 in the circumferential direction
7, 27' seal both side edges of the pack papers 14, 14' to form a cash pack P and send it to the pack storage section g. When the missing circular portions 26, 26' of the heat roller 20 reach the next perforation 13 again, the sealing surfaces 28', which are linear on both sides of the perforation 13, seal the cash pack into which the bill has been sealed. The sealing surface 28 then prepares for the insertion of banknotes into the next cash pack. In this way, one pack cycle is completed, and this continues to produce a cash pack P containing banknotes.
is obtained. The biting roller 25 is activated when the number of packs reaches a predetermined number, and moves the last packed perforation 13 to the rear of the sprocket wheel 21 (the third
After moving the sprocket wheels 20, 2 to the right side of the figure)
1, 23, etc., and lock the biting roller 25.
The feed roller 22 is operated to cut from the perforation 13 described above. At this time, in order to facilitate cutting from the perforation 13, it is preferable to lift the center part of the perforation 13. Although the above operation is a continuous embodiment, when the packing papers 14, 14' are sealed by the sealing surface 28, the packing papers 14, 14' are in a stopped state until the banknotes on the stacking board 7 are inserted. . At this time, the movable press roller 24 is moved away from the pack paper 14, 14' to release the pressure on the pack paper 14, 14'.
Pack paper 14, 14' generated by constant pressure
feed holes 12, 12' and sprocket wheels 19, 2
1 and 23 is corrected.
On the other hand, in order to cut a predetermined number of cache packs P, the sprocket, heat roller, and movable press roller must be temporarily stopped, and the stopping position must be strictly regulated. For this reason, these require a locking mechanism such as a stopper, so when they stop at a regulated position, it is necessary to prevent friction between them and the drive shaft so as not to transmit the rotational inertia of the power that rotates them. A transmission mechanism is required, but conventional means can be used for these. Further, the biting roller must be rotated only during this cutting, and the shaft of this biting roller is also provided with a friction transmission mechanism and a locking mechanism. Next, an example of the order of operation is as follows.
First, load 10,000 tickets and 1,000 tickets into each stacker, then manually set the upper and lower packing papers 14, 14' to the initial positions on the sprocket wheel and heat roller as described above, and then turn on the start switch. .

[Table] (Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention engages with the feed holes provided on both side edges of both the upper and lower pack paper for packing banknotes, and is formed at a constant pitch in the feed direction. upper and lower sprocket wheels, which rotate at the same speed and feed the two pack papers whose widthwise perforations coincide with each other in fixed quantities, and the upper and lower two
A stacking section that faces between the sheets of pack paper and stacks banknotes to be inserted therein; and a stacking section that faces between the sheets of pack paper and stacks the banknotes to be inserted therein; Two annular seal surfaces having a circular portion and a linear seal surface connected in the axial direction touching both sides excluding the perforation are formed on the outer periphery, and by rotating at the same speed as the plurality of sprocket wheels, one seal is produced in one rotation. It is composed of a heat roller that can complete the process, and a movable press roller that presses two sheets of pack paper, the upper and lower, against this heat roller. As soon as the banknote is inserted, the seal of the pack paper is placed at the position where the perforation line is removed. The separation at the time of cutting is reliably and easily performed, and a continuous cash pack can be obtained reliably and easily without overlapping, misaligning, or falling off of banknotes.
