送り込まれることが行なわれている。 In recent years, the speed of perfect binding machines has continued to increase, reaching from 6,000 books per hour to 13,000 books per hour. A three-way cutter is usually placed behind this perfect binding machine, and the book from the previous process is finished cut during the flow process, but the maximum thickness that the three-way cutter can cut at one time is usually 100 to 120 mm. Yes, 45 per minute
In order to increase the cutting efficiency due to the speed of about 100 times, and to save the required length of the cooling and drying conveyor, a stacker is used at the discharge section of the perfect binding machine.
The sheets are stacked to a height of ~120 mm, and as shown in Figure 1, they are passed slowly on a long flat conveyor and automatically fed into a three-sided cutting machine.

During the modern high-speed wireless binding flow production process, electric heat, high frequency or gas heating, etc. are used to melt or solidify the adhesive.

Intermittent drive allows it to rotate in the same direction while keeping it horizontal, and a pile of books stacked from the outside is pushed onto the receiving shelf board, or a pile of books that have completed one cycle is pushed out from the receiving shelf board. In order to reduce the floor space occupied by the cooling and drying transport equipment to at least one-fifth of the conventional space, the three-dimensional space can be maximized, and the transport of materials and work efficiency can be improved. An object of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional multi-shelf transport device for cooling and drying books.

Therefore, it is necessary to set a wide interval between each receiving shelf board in advance, and the number of receiving shelf boards that can be provided within the effective height range is greatly limited.

2, only the catch shelf plate 5 located in the sprocket rotation part is moved adjacently by the action of the levers 6, 7 that connect the chains 3, 4 and the boss 8 provided on the catch shelf plate 5. This is advantageous because the shelf plates 5 are pulled apart from each other, temporarily increasing the distance between them, and can smoothly rotate while maintaining their horizontal position without colliding with each other.

It is necessary to provide a wide interval between the respective receiving shelves in advance, and the number of receiving shelves that can be provided within the effective height range is greatly limited.

円滑に回転することができるので有利である。 However, in the device of the present invention, the left and right sprockets are provided at different heights, so when the catch shelf plate transitions from vertical movement to rotational movement around the sprocket, only the catch shelf plate located in the sprocket rotation part moves. is pulled away from the adjacent shelf board by the action of the lever that connects the chain and the boss provided on the shelf board, and the gap temporarily increases, allowing them to rotate smoothly while maintaining their horizontal position without colliding with each other. This is advantageous because it can be done.
