を介在したエアー開放口8が設けられており、且
つ上室3Bはエアー流出口18を介して大気に開
放されている。更に前記ピストン及びこれに連な
るピストンロツドの移動を固定及び解除する手動
ロツク機構9が設けられている。図に示した実施
例において前記ロツク機構は、ピストン上部外周
面に形成した凹部10に先端が嵌合するネジ杆1
1をシリンダー筒壁12に螺合して形成されてお
り、このネジ杆を家具台枠Aの前壁Bを貫通する
孔13からドライバー等の回動金具をさし込んで
回動することによりシリンダーの移動をロツク及
び解除する様に形成している。又、手動開閉弁7
も家具台枠の前壁Bを貫通するもう一つの孔14
から適当な道具をさし込んで操作できる様に形成
されている。

された状態にある。かゝる状態で今地震が発生す
ると家具は第3図に示す様に前後に振動するが、
この時本考案では家具前端部が少しでも浮き上る
とピストンロツドの押上げ負荷がなくなるので前
記浮き上つた分だけ下動する。そしてこの下動に
にり家具の重量はピストンロツドに負荷されるが
シリンダー下室3Aえのエアー流入は前記チエツ
ク弁5によつて阻止されるのでピストン1は上方
に移動する事が出来ず、それ故に家具は前端が持
ち上つた状態で、即ち後傾状態で保持される。

損うことがない等の大きな作用効果がある。更に
加えて本発明では家具据えつけ時において、前記
ロツク機構を解除することにより手で家具前端部
を持ち上げると前記した家具振動の時と同じ様に
持ち上げた分だけピストンロツドが下動するので
くさびや敷板を家具前端下面に嵌め込む等の煩雑
な作業を行うことなく容易に家具の前傾姿勢や左
右バランスを修正することができ、それ故に平時
は家具姿勢調整用のバランサーとしても使用でき
る効果がある。
