工において、製本機糊付ローラ用の糊掻取ドクタ
ー機構に関し、特に製本加工用糊付機に垂直状態
に糊付ローラを配置した形式の糊付機に使用する
ドクター機構の改良に関する。

従来、製本背固め用として使用する糊付機にお
いて、第1図のように糊付ローラ7を製品に対し
て直角又は斜方向に配置した形式の糊付機は、糊
付ローラ7上側より供給ノズル6により糊を流下
させて供給し、糊付ローラ7に接する掻取ドクタ
ー11で塗布すべき糊付ローラ面の糊膜厚を一定
にして、帳票類8の側面あるいは背部に糊付する
ものであるが、帳票類など被塗布体の側面あるい
は背部の厚味が薄い時は、この方式で問題ない
が、厚味がある時は、糊をローラの上部から流す
為に、糊付ローラ7回転軸16方向全長に作用す
る一枚ドクター11では、ドクターの角度だけの
調整しか出来ず、時として該ローラ軸方向に沿つ
て部分的に糊を出したり絞つたりする事が出来な
い。更に従来の場合、糊付ローラ7の材質が金属
など硬い材質であれば一枚ドクターで上から下ま
で均一の糊膜厚を形成することはできるが、ロー
ラの材質がスポンジ、ゴム、毛糸編状の布帛の場
合、ローラ自身に糊が浸み込む為にドクターを適
正な塗布膜を形成するように糊付ローラに一定に
当てたとしても、ローラ自身に糊が浸み込んでい
るため均一にすることは困難であり、本発明はド
クター機構を改良することにより上記問題を解決
することを目的とするものである。

うにしたことを特徴とする糊付ローラ用ドクター

2の長孔13によりホルダー1の底板12に〓着
し、ドクター2の刃部14と反対側に調整ボルト
3及び固定ナツト4を軸受側板15に〓着し、ホ
ルダー1の一端部に備えたドクターホルダー取付
部10により糊付ローラ7の軸16に平行に、あ
る角度にて糊付ローラ7周面に接するように糊付
機の本体機枠に取付けるようにしたものである。

整できるようにしたことを特徴とするもので、本
発明を図面第5図に従つて更に詳細に説明すれ
ば、ドクターホルダー盤1上下に上部外側ガイド
19、下部外側ガイド19′を一体に設け、上部
外側ガイド19及び下部外側ガイド19′に対し
てそれぞれ直角に側板20,21を設け、ホルダ
ー盤1に一枚ドクター18をホルダー盤1の上下
両端にある前記ガイド19,19′に案内されて
摺動移動可能に嵌合せしめ、一枚ドクター18の
刃部29と反対側の端部に調整ボルト軸受側板2
2を一体に設け、該ドクター18上下端部に前記
ガイド19,19′に摺接する上部中間ガイド2
3、及び側板22に一体に下部中間ガイド24を
設け、側板20,21にそれぞれ〓着する調整ボ
ルト25及び27を設け、固定用ナツト26,2
8によりボルトを固定あるいは緩めることができ
る。一枚ドクター18の底板30に分割ドクター
2を複数個並設し、該ドクター2に長孔32を孔
設してドクター18の底板30に固定ボルト31
により出し入れ可能に〓着する。各分割ドクター
2の刃部33と反対側端部に接続部34に自由回
転状態にあり、側板22に各々〓着する調整ボル
ト35により各ドクター2は、中間ガイド23,
24の内側に沿つて規制されて、ホルダー盤1及
び一枚ドクター18に対して出し入れすることが
できる。一枚ドクター18及び分割ドクター2は
それぞれホルダー盤1に対して個々に出し入れが
