It has already been proposed by the inventor (Special Publication No. 1983-
3941, Special Publication No. 56-3942).

Jet air 5 containing particles or liquid substances having the required properties is injected onto the filament 1 intermittently or continuously according to the required intensity and as needed. Other substances are evenly mixed and added to the strips 1, so that it becomes possible to form a three-dimensional network aggregate 8 of the composite material. At the same time, the turbulent airflow is further disturbed by the injection of a large number of jet airs 5, and the primary folds of the filaments 1 are made more complicated.

る。(Example) To explain the illustrated example of the present invention,
A large number of thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber filaments 1 are extruded from the nozzle 2 of the die of the extruder and allowed to fall naturally, and while these filaments 1 are still in a molten state, they are pushed downward or upward. The hot air is passed through a turbulent airflow that alternately flows in turbulence, and a powdery or liquid substance (for example, molten wax or chemical solution) having desired characteristics is injected from injection pipes 4 installed in large numbers on the inner wall of the turbulent air passage 3. The jet air 5... containing the filament 1 is injected with the required strength and intermittently or continuously as necessary to the filament 1 to be mixed and added at the same time as the primary folding, and then the jet air 5 is injected at a lower speed than the above-mentioned descending speed. By taking it up with take-up rolls 6, 6', it is made to fold secondarily and aggregated into a three-dimensional net shape, and then immediately immersed in cooling water 7 to rapidly cool and solidify the composite material. A three-dimensional network aggregate 8 is obtained.

ある。(Effects of the Invention) With the above-described structure, the present invention has not only the characteristics based on the network structure but also the necessary characteristics of other substances mixed and added thereto, and the functions are synergistically increased. It is possible to easily produce a three-dimensional network aggregate made of composite materials that has a wide range of applications. Furthermore, when the other substances mentioned above are mixed and added, they are included in the jet air and injected into the turbulent airflow, which has the effect of further turbulence and making the folds of the filaments more complicated.
