ある。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for assembling a landing lift type offshore work platform having a high lift. More specifically, when assembling the legs (pillars) of a buoyant workbench, the workbench and the lower structure of the legs that support it are assembled, and then water is poured into the dock where the workbench is being assembled to remove the workbench. The present invention provides a method of reducing the weight on the bottom of a dock supporting a ship.

Various types of offshore work platforms are used, one of which is an elevating type offshore work platform on which a plurality of legs land and the work platform is raised and lowered along the legs.

One of them is the method of assembling the legs.

Since the length of the legs is 80m, a crane with a lifting height of 90m or more is required to loosely fit the legs onto the workbench. However, installing such a large crane would require a huge amount of cost, so the legs are manufactured in units of about 5 to 20 meters, depending on the capacity of the existing crane.
A common method is to assemble the legs by adding these unit legs together.

ならなかつた。 Another problem is that, as mentioned above, the weight of the workbench is 7000 tons, so it is difficult to support the entire weight at the bottom of the dock. Therefore, when assembling the workbench, it was necessary to install a large number of boards and special supports below the footings provided at the lower ends of the legs to prevent local loads from acting on the bottom. . For this reason, it was necessary to add boards or change the arrangement depending on the degree of completion of the workbench.

ものである。 The present invention was obtained in order to improve the drawbacks of the conventional method of assembling a landing-type lifting type offshore work platform, and the present invention is to improve the shortcomings of the above-mentioned conventional method of assembling a landing-type lifting type offshore work platform, and the present invention is to support the work platform and the lower structure of the legs by boards in a dock. After assembling, water is poured into the dock, and the upper structure of the legs is assembled while supporting the workbench by buoyancy.

A unit leg 5-1 having a footing 4 at the lower end is loosely fitted into the lifting device 2, and a crane 6 provided on the dock side lifts the second unit leg 5-2 to lift the unit leg 5-1. Add on top of 1. Thereafter, the second and third unit legs are added upward, and when the lifting height of the crane 6 is reached, a considerable weight acts on the bottom of the dock A that supports the board 3 and the granular supports 8. It happens.

In addition, when supporting the entire weight of the workbench 1, legs, etc. on the bottom of the dock, it is necessary to sufficiently reinforce the board 3 and the like.

The feature is that the upper structure of the leg part 5 is assembled afterwards.

Also, when assembling one leg and then assembling the other, all you have to do is pour water into the dock, float the workbench, and rotate it. Can be easily assembled by crane.
