より形成されていて、切欠き部4にテープ7の端
部8を挿入した上で、止め片6を圧入することに
より該端部8を固定し、更に外輪5の外周面9に
テープ7を巻回せしめるように構成されていた。
しかしながら、このようなカセツトテープ用ハブ
は、テープ止め片6がハブと別体となつているの
で、テープ止め片を圧入した際、テープ止め片6
の外周面とハブの外周面との間に段差が生じて、
真円度が低いという欠点があつた。又、部品点数
が多く組立作業が面倒であるという欠点があつ
た。

は上記支承基部14′を中心として揺動可能であ
る。従つて、本発明によれば、係合片を切欠き部
に圧入し易く、組立作業が容易となる。又、ハブ
の外形は外輪相互を合わせることにより形成され
るので、従来のように段差が生じることなく、真
円度が高くなる利点がある。更に、テープ固定機
能を有する係合片15がハブと一体になつている
ので、部品点数が減少する。加えて、射出成形時
肉厚の異なる部分である外輪(真円筒度が最も要
求される部分)とハブが分離された状態となつて
いるのでひけが同一である。その結果、真円度及
び円筒度が良好となる。その上、係合片が外輪の
先端に一体に設けられているので、ハブの構成部
品が一点で良い。
