受け取つて(同図e)を行なつているが、従来に
あつては圧縮成形の際に発生する水は、第2図に
示すように成形型の下型3の全体に均一に水抜穴
8を設けて脱水させていたため、セメント成形材
料2を投入した下型3の中央の頂部近傍で脱水が
完了してしまい下型3のセメント製品1の終端部
1aに相当する両側部3a,3bでの成形がいわ
ゆる甘くなり、セメント製品の密度が不均一とな
り強度等の品質にばらつきが生じてしまい生産性
が低いものであつた。特に長尺で複雑な形状のセ
メント製品の製造に際しては品質のばらつきが著
しく大きくて採用できないものであつた。

本発明の製造方法は、セメント成形材料を下型
に投入し、ついで上型を押込んで圧縮成形するセ
メント製品の製造方法において、上型によりセメ
ント成形材料を水を保持させながら下型に押拡
げ、セメント製品の終端部に相当する下型の両側
部に設けた水抜穴より脱水させることを特徴とす
る。以下添付の図面に基づいて本発明を詳細に説
明する。この実施例はセメント製品1としての長
尺の棟瓦の製造についてのものであり、セメント
と水と川砂、砕石等の骨材と合成繊維、石綿等の
繊維状物を配合させたセメント成形材料2を全面
にろ過布9を被覆した成形型の下型3の中央の頂
部に投入する(第1図a参照)。ついで枠4を下
降させその後上型5を下降させる(第1図b参
照)。この後、第3図に示すように油圧成形プレ
ス(図示しない)により、上型5をプレスしてセ
メント成形材料2を加圧して圧縮成形する(成形
圧力40〜70Kg/cm2)。この場合下型3は第4図な
いし第6図に示すようにセメント製品1の終端部
1a、すなわち垂直に近いたれ部分に相当する下
型3の両側部3a,3aの上位と下位に長手方向
に沿つて一定の間隔を置いて水抜穴8を設けてい
るので、上型5により加圧されたセメント成形材
料2は水を保持しながら下型3に押し拡げられ発
生する水は最終的に水抜穴8により脱水されるこ
とになる。このようにセメント成形材料2を水を
保持させながら下型3に押し拡げセメント製品1
の終端部に相当する下型3の両側部3a,3aで
脱水させるので、セメント成形材料2をその流動
性を損なうことなく均一に押拡げることができ
る。この後硬化熱成させた後脱型しセメント製品
1を製造するものである(第1図d,e参照)。

メント製品の密度を均一にできることから強度等
の品質にばらつきを生じることがなくて生産性を
著しく向上させることができるものであり、特に
長尺で複雑な形状のセメント製品についても好適
に採用できるものである。
