合にはこれによつて撹拌される熱風が互いに干渉
し合うことが原因となつてコイル状物に対し均一
に熱風が当たらず、このため熱処理に悪影響を与
える欠点があつた。

る。この熱処理装置はコイル状物a,a,aの挿

なつている。先ず挿入装置Aにつき簡単に説明す
る。テーブル1上に軸受2,2によつて回転自在
に支承された水平軸3に側面〓形の転回台4をそ
の角部において軸支し、該転回台4をシリンダ5
の作動により起立及び水平横倒自在に構成する。
転回台4の一辺にはコイル状物aを安定して乗せ
得るよう一対の枕材6,6が設けられ、他辺には
ローラ7,7…が軸支されている。該各ローラ
7,7,7…はモータ8にチエン伝動されていて
駆動される。9は長尺状の可動枠で、その前端部
と後端部に軸支されたスプロケツト10,11間
に無端状のチエン12が張設され、該チエン12
の一部にプツシヤ13が止着されており、該チエ
ン12が循回動するとプツシヤ13は該可動枠上
を前後動せられる。14,14は該可動枠9の両
サイドに平行に設置されたローラコンベヤであ
る。可動枠9の前端部のスプロケツト10は支軸
15に設けられ、該支軸15は固定軸受16,1
6に回動自在に支承されている。そして該可動枠
9の後端部はシリンダ17により支持して該シリ
ンダ17の作動で該可動枠9が支軸15を支点と
して上下傾動するようにする。そして支軸15は
減速機付モータ18に連係している。このため、
シリンダ17を収縮させて可動枠9の後端部を下
傾させ、プツシヤ13をローラコンベヤ14,1
4の搬送面より低くに沈下させた状態で、シリン
ダ5を伸張させ転回台4を矢印で示したように横
転させ枕材6,6上にあつたコイル状物aをロー
ラ7,7,7…上にトレイbを介して支持する。

ンを設けることによつて循環フアンからの強烈な
噴流が各コイル状物に直に吹付けられて対流効果
を大きくするので各コイル状物が短時間で加熱又
は冷却でき、しかも温度分布は均一にできる等の
利点がある。
