本発明はプリント配線板にドライフイルムを貼
着する装置用のプリント配線板供給装置に関す

従来より通信用電子機器などに用いられるプリ
ント配線板のパターン形成方法の一つにドライフ
イルムと呼ばれる光感光性樹脂フイルムを用いる
方法がある。この方法は絶縁基板に銅箔をはり付
けたプリント配線板の銅箔面にドライフイルムを
貼着し、このドライフイルムにパターンを焼付
け、現像したのち銅箔をエツチングしてパターン
を形成するのである。このような方法のドライフ
イルム貼着工程には第1図に示す如き貼着装置が
用いられている。この装置は両面に保護フイルム
を有するドライフイルム1の一方の面の保護フイ
ルム2を引はがし、ヒーターローラ3および加圧
ローラ4によりプリント配線板5の表面に貼着し
送りローラ6により送り出すのである。ところが
この装置は手動によりプリント配線板の供給を行
なつており、連続してプリント配線板を供給する
とき目測で行なうため前後の間隔lが40〜50mmと
なつてしまいドライフイルムの無駄を生じたり、
フイルムの切断工数を余分に要するなどの欠点が
ある。本発明はこの欠点を除くために案出された
ものである。 2. 一方向クラツチを設けて成ることを特徴とするも

ルトに平行してその両側外方に配置され、それぞ
れプーリ12,12′および13,13′間に掛け
渡されている。また搬送ベルト用のプーリ12と
13を取着した軸14は回転速度の微調整が可能
な駆動モータ15の軸に連結され、プーリ12′
と13′とを取着した軸16にはプーリ17が取
着されスペーサ用ベルトのプーリ8′の軸18に
取着されたプーリ19との間にベルト20が掛け
渡されている。このスペーサ用ベルトのプーリ軸
18と該軸に取着されたプーリ19との間には、
スペーサ用ベルト7がモータ駆動された場合の進
行方向と同方向に自由に動かすことができる一方
向クラツチが組込まれている。(図示は省略)ま
た21および22はプリント配線板を搬送ベルト
に押圧する加圧ローラであり常時はばねにて搬送
ベルト10,11の方向に付勢されているが、手
