振動の原因となる点である。 Conventionally, a rotor yoke has been attached to a rotor of a rotating electric machine by shrink-fitting the rotor yoke to a rotating shaft. In this case, the torque was mainly transmitted by the surface pressure of the shrink fit portion.
However, when the rotor yoke is shrink-fitted to the rotating shaft in this manner, it is extremely difficult to extract the rotor yoke from the rotating shaft and reassemble it.
Therefore, in order to create a configuration in which the rotor yoke can be easily removed from the rotating shaft and reassembled, it is necessary to create a gap between the rotor yoke and the rotating shaft instead of shrink-fitting the rotor yoke to the rotating shaft. It must be installed and installed. However, in this case, there are two problems as follows. The first is that torque cannot be transmitted due to the surface pressure of the rotor yoke, and the second is that the clearance between the rotor yoke and the rotating shaft increases further due to centrifugal force during rotation. However, the rotor yoke oscillates in the radial direction by this clearance, causing vibration.

The purpose of this invention is to enable smooth torque transmission, prevent the rotor yoke from shaking during rotation, and eliminate vibrations.

is a rotor yoke, which is mounted with a gap provided between it and the rotating shaft 1. 4 is a first annular collar for preventing radial vibration of the rotor yoke; 5 is a second annular collar for preventing radial vibration of the rotor yoke; 6 is a supporting member; A rotor yoke 3 with a gap between the rotor yoke 1 and the rotor yoke 3 is supported by the spigot part a. 7 is a radial key, rotor yoke 3
A plurality of them are fitted in the radial direction between one end of the support member 6 and the support member 6. A key 8 is inserted between the support member 6 and the rotating shaft 1. The first annular collar 4 is shrink-fitted to both the rotor yoke 3 and the support member 6, and the second annular collar 5 is fitted to the rotating shaft 1 on its inner peripheral surface. Moreover, the first annular collar 4 is also fitted at the spigot part d of the end face of the rotor yoke 3 on the opposite side to which the first annular collar 4 is fitted by shrink fit.

向の動揺を防止し振動を除去することができる。 In the above configuration, when the rotating shaft 1 rotates, as shown in FIG. 2, the rotor yoke 3 moves in the radial direction due to the presence of the above-mentioned clearance due to centrifugal force. As mentioned above, the support member 6 and the rotor yoke 3 are in contact at the spigot part a when the support member 6 is stopped, but during rotation, the rotor yoke 3 moves in one direction due to centrifugal force as described above. The gap expands,
Therefore, as shown in the figure, a gap is created in the section a, and the rotor yoke 3 tends to move in the radial direction. but,
At this time, the first annular collar 4 deforms and acts as a spring to suppress this, and as shown in the figure, the collar dimensions,
That is, if the width w and height t are appropriately selected, the first
The annular collar 4 is in firm contact with the revo yoke 3 at part b, and is in firm contact with the support member 6 at part c. Similarly, the second annular collar 5 is also in firm contact with the rotor yoke 3 at the d portion, and is in firm contact with the rotating shaft 1 at the e portion. Therefore, the torque of the rotating shaft 1 is transmitted to the rotor yoke 3 through the respective contact portions and the radial key 7. Also, like this, the two first
The annular collar 4 and the second annular collar 5 are
When the rotor yoke 3 moves in the radial direction, it acts as a spring to suppress the increase in the gap between the rotor yoke 3 and the rotating shaft 1, thereby preventing the rotor yoke from radially shaking and eliminating vibration. be able to.

Furthermore, reassembly can be accomplished by simply shrink-fitting the first annular collar 4, and other operations can be performed extremely easily.

がある。 As described above, in the present invention, since the rotor yoke is attached to the rotating shaft with a gap, it can be easily removed from the rotating shaft and reassembled. By fitting the collar 4 and the second annular collar 5, torque can be transmitted smoothly during rotation, and the gap between the rotor yoke and the rotating shaft caused by the centrifugal force can be reduced. Since it is possible to suppress the increase in , it is possible to prevent the rotor yoke from shaking and to eliminate vibrations, which is an extremely excellent effect.
