Conventionally, known diapers, especially disposable diapers, have been widely used for incontinence, but such diapers have poor conformability to the body, ability to expand and contract in response to the wearer's movements, poor breathability, and poor wearing comfort. Moreover, it has been said that it is bulky and difficult to carry, making it particularly unsuitable for incontinent people who are able to walk and go out.

The article 1 of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5, consists of a pants member 2 and a pad member 3 attached to the inner surface of the crotch area thereof. The pants member 2 is formed in advance into a complete pants shape, as shown in FIG. Separate both sides around the waist, and attach a known connecting member 4 on both sides around one waist, for example, a tape-like fastener, adhesive tape, button, etc., with a large number of fibrous protrusions having a locking function protruding from the base material at the tip. This includes those that are assembled into a pants shape by providing a string or the like and fixing this to both sides around the waist of the other when worn.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the pants member 2 is made by laminating a preferably binder-free nonwoven fabric 6 of hydrophilic and/or hydrophobic fibers on the outer surface, inner surface, or both surfaces of a soft foam sheet 5 such as polyurethane, as shown in FIGS. It consists of a composite sheet 7 in which both parts are preferably joined together by ultrasonic welding, and reference numeral 8 indicates the joined part. In order to increase the elasticity of the composite sheet 7, it is preferable that the foamed sheet 5 is expanded in one direction or both directions and the nonwoven fabric 6 is overlapped and integrated. To improve the quality, it is treated with known water repellents such as silicone-based water repellents. This treatment may be performed on at least the nonwoven fabric 6, and may not be performed when the nonwoven fabric 6 is made of hydrophobic fibers. In order to improve the air permeability of the foam sheet 5, it is preferable to provide a large number of holes in addition to the air bubbles, and the size of the holes may range from 1 to 10 mm, depending on the rate at which the foam sheet 5 is expanded. 2 to 5 mm is preferable, and the opening area ratio is 3 to 60%, more preferably 10 to 60%.
20% is preferred.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, stretchable elastic bands 9 and 10 may be provided on both sides of the crotch area of the pants member 2 and/or around the waist, as shown in FIGS. Measures such as integrally interposing a stretched ribbon or tape of rubber, polyurethane, or the like between the sheet 5 and the relevant portion of the nonwoven fabric 6 may be adopted.

On the other hand, the pad member 3 is made by laminating a liquid-absorbing core 12 such as pulverized pulp on a liquid-impermeable sheet 11 such as a plastic film, as shown in FIG. It will be covered. The pad member 3 is joined to the pant member 2 by adhesives, ultrasonic welding, double-sided adhesive tape, or the like, so that it cannot be easily moved during handling or use.

According to the present invention, the composite sheet 7, which is the base material of the pants member 2, is made up of a partially bonded soft foam sheet 5 and a nonwoven fabric 6, and has excellent stretch flexibility, breathability, and texture compared to known diapers. Because it's excellent,
Not only can it achieve its intended purpose, but it will not be damaged even by exercise while wearing it.
It has almost the same function as cloth pants. Further, the pad member 3 is fixedly assembled to the inner surface of the crotch area of the pants member 2, and due to the fit and close fit function of the pants member 2 to the body, the pad member 3 is always fixedly abutted against the wearer's crotch area. ,
Body fluids excreted into the pad member 3 do not leak. Furthermore, if the means for assembling the pants member 2 to the pad member 3 is removable, such as double-sided adhesive tape, and the pants member 2 is not soiled with bodily fluids when worn, a new pad member 3 is attached to the pants member. It can also be assembled and reused.

かように本発明の物品によれば、幾多の利点が

As described above, the article of the present invention has many advantages and is extremely useful for practical use by incontinent people, especially incontinent people who can go out.
