はオリーブ油、サフラワー油、ツバキ油など数が
少なく、そのほとんどがオレイン酸あるいはリノ
ール酸を主成分とするトリグリセライドで、一般
にC14〜C20に脂肪酸を含有している。これらは主
成分がオレイン酸かリノール酸かによる違いだけ
