この発明は乾燥室を穀粒が通過する際にバーナ
ーにて発生する熱風により、この穀粒を乾燥する

するように設けられたもの、或いは乾燥室の下部
の収穀ホツパーに向つて張込むように張込ホツパ
ーを機体の左右側面に設けたものが知られてい
る。そして、この乾燥機を設置するとき収容する
納屋が狭いときには、揚穀装置とは逆側にあたる
機体の前面下部に設けられているバーナーは、火
災防止上、納屋の壁から最小の間隔を設けねばな
らないため、揚穀装置と張込ホツパーは納屋の後
壁に極めて接近し勝ちとなつて、このため、穀粒
の張込作業に必要な空間の確保がむつかしく、
又、揚穀装置に穀粒を張込む方法では揚穀装置の
揚穀能力に合せて少量づつ時間をかけて張込まね

部の集穀ホツパー3に集められた穀粒を機体上部
の貯留ホツパー2a,2bへ循環揚穀する揚穀装
置7を機体1の背面部外側に立設してなる乾燥機
における穀粒張込装置を提供せんとするものであ
る。依つて、納屋の例えば後壁に吸引フアンを接
近させると共に、張込ホツパーとは反対側の隅角
部を納屋の側壁に接近させて設置することによつ
て、機体の正面前方は広い作業空間を確保できて
穀粒の張込作業やバーナーの点火、調整作業を手
元広く、しかも、集中して効率良く行うことがで
きるように、又、納屋の後壁から極めて容易に短
い排出距離で排風を外部に排出できるように工夫

7から貯留ホツパー2a………の中央上部にまで
延設した撒布コンベア8から排出した穀粒は撒布
フアン9によつて貯留ホツパー2a………内に撒
布され、又、乾燥室4a,4bにて囲まれた送風
通路10の前面には熱風吐出筒口11をのぞか
せ、乾燥室4a又は4bの夫々の外側面と機体1
の外側板とによつて、夫々形成される吸引通路1
2a,12bの後部に連通する吸引筒口13を機
体1の背面部に設け、この吸引筒口13内には吸
引フアン14を設け、熱風吐出筒口11内に設け
たバーナー15から発生する燃焼ガスは熱風吐出
筒口11の後端開口部から吸引される外気と混合
して熱風となり、この熱風は吸引フアン14にて
吸引されて送風通路10から左右の乾燥室4a,
4bを横断して乾燥室4a,4b内を流下してい
る穀粒を乾燥し、吸引通路12a,12bに達し
た排気は吸引フアン14にて機体1の後部の吸引
筒口13から大気に排出されるような重力流下タ
イプの乾燥機に適用した一実施例に基づいて説明
すれば、張込ホツパー16はその上部16aを熱
風吐出筒口11の左右外側方に接近して位置せし
めながら、この張込ホツパー16の開口端16b
を集穀ホツパー3の送り出し始端3aの上方にの

フアン14を接近させると共に、張込ホツパ16
とは反対側の隅角部を納屋の側壁に接近させて設
置させれば、機体1の正面前方には充分に広い作
業空間を確保できることになつて、そして、この
作業空間は点火作業や調整作業を容易にすると共
に、隣接している張込ホツパー16への穀粒張込
作業もバーナー15の調整作業と併せて集中的に
能率良く行うことができるのであり、このように
機体1の正面部の作業空間を有効に利用できたも
のであつて、機体1の横幅や長さを特別に増す必
要なく納屋を広く利用できることになつたのであ
る。又、納屋の後壁に接近している吸引フアン1
4から排風を、極めて容易に短い排出距離で外部
に排出できて排風が納屋に戻るようなこともな
く、極めて衛生的で良い作業環境となつたのであ
