脱落等の欠陥を生起しないことが要請される。し
かしながら、このような要請に応えるためには、
成形パネルへのタイル片の貼着作業に、相当な技
術と熟練とを必要とするため、熟練作業員の確保
を要するばかりでなく、施工コスト高を招くとい

記凹溝内に接着剤を充填するとともに、成形パネ
ルとタイル片との間に接着剤を塗布したのち、該
凹溝内に上記突片を案内として、これを押し込
み、タイル片と成形パネルとを一体的に貼着する
ことを特徴とするタイル貼着パネルの製作方法に

該凹溝2の横断面形状は、第4図に示す如く開口
部上端2aから、底壁2bの両端に行くにつれて
次第に幅広に形成され、かつ両側の傾斜側壁2c
と底壁2bの接続部2b′は弧状に形成されてRが
付されている。4は成形パネル1の表面に貼着す
るタイル片で、同タイル片4の裏面4aには、上
記成形パネル1の表面に設けられた相隣る凹溝2
に嵌め込まれる2個の突片5が、第3図に示すよ
うに突設されており、それら2個の突起のうちの
少なくとも一方の突片5は、その側面5aが、上
記凹溝2の傾斜側壁2cと平行に形成されてい
る。(第4図参照)第5図乃至第10図は、タイ
ル片4の裏面4aの突片5と、成形パネル1の凹
溝2との嵌め込みの組合せの各種例を示すもの
で、第5図は第3図と同様に2つの突片5を、凹
溝2の傾斜側壁の左右外側壁に平行させた場合、
第6図は同様に左右内側壁に平行させた場合、第
7図は、2つの突片5のうちの一方を、凹溝2の
傾斜側壁の外側に平行とし、他方の突片を凹溝2
内に直角に嵌め込んだ例、第8図はその逆の例、
第9図は2つの突片5がいずれも凹溝2の傾斜側

ないので、厳寒期等に凍害によつて亀裂が発生す

し、特別な技術や熟練を必要とすることなく、容
易、確実に美麗な目地が形成され、タイル片の剥
離、脱落のおそれがなく、施工コストの安いタイ
ル貼着パネルの製作方法を実現できるという実用
