Recently, with the spread of dry construction of building structures, there is a tendency for tile-adhered panels to be used as structural members for internal and external walls, partition walls, etc. In most cases, a large number of tile pieces are adhered to the smooth tile adhesion surface of a molded panel extruded using an extrusion molding machine using an adhesive such as mortar. For aesthetic and design reasons, such tile-adhered panels require that a large number of tile pieces be adhered regularly to the smooth adhesion surface of the molded panel to form beautiful joints. The tile pieces are firmly adhered to the molded panel and cannot be peeled off or
It is required that defects such as falling off do not occur. However, in order to meet such demands,
Since a considerable amount of skill and skill is required to attach the tile pieces to the molded panel, there is a problem in that not only is it necessary to secure skilled workers, but also the construction cost is high.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the conventional method, and makes it possible to easily and reliably form beautiful joints without requiring skilled workers, as well as to firmly adhere tile pieces to prevent cracking and peeling. , was proposed with the aim of providing a method for manufacturing tile-attached panels that does not have the risk of falling off and is inexpensive to install. A groove that becomes wider toward the wall and has an arcuate connection between the bottom wall and both side walls, and a projecting piece that can be fitted into the groove and has side surfaces parallel to the side walls of the groove. After filling the groove with an adhesive and applying the adhesive between the molded panel and the tile piece, pushing it into the groove using the protrusion as a guide, The present invention relates to a method for producing a tile-attached panel, which is characterized by integrally attaching a tile piece and a molded panel.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a molded panel having a hollow part 3 made of an inorganic material such as asbestos cement and extruded by an extrusion molding machine.
A plurality of grooves 2 are provided on at least one surface of the panel 1 at predetermined intervals in the width (horizontal) direction of the panel 1 over the entire length thereof in the longitudinal direction.
As shown in FIG. 4, the groove 2 has a cross-sectional shape that gradually becomes wider from the upper end 2a of the opening toward both ends of the bottom wall 2b, and has sloped side walls 2c on both sides.
The connecting portion 2b' between the bottom wall 2b and the bottom wall 2b is formed in an arc shape and marked with an R. Reference numeral 4 denotes a tile piece to be attached to the surface of the molded panel 1, and the back side 4a of the tile piece 4 has adjacent grooves 2 provided on the surface of the molded panel 1.
As shown in FIG. 3, two projecting pieces 5 that are fitted into the groove 2 are provided in a protruding manner, and at least one of the two protrusions 5 has a side surface 5a that is fitted into the groove 2. It is formed parallel to the inclined side wall 2c. (See FIG. 4) FIGS. 5 to 10 show various examples of fitting combinations between the protrusion 5 on the back surface 4a of the tile piece 4 and the groove 2 on the molded panel 1. When the two projecting pieces 5 are made parallel to the left and right outer walls of the inclined side walls of the groove 2, as in FIG. 3,
In FIG. 6, one of the two protrusions 5 is made parallel to the outside of the inclined side wall of the groove 2, and in FIG. 2
Figure 8 is an example of the opposite case.
Fig. 9 shows an example in which the two protrusions 5 are fitted in parallel to the right outer side of the inclined side wall of the groove 2, and Fig. 10 shows an example in which the protruding pieces 5 are similarly fitted in parallel to the outer right side of the inclined side wall. An example is given for each.

When attaching the tile pieces 4 to the tile attachment surface 1a of the molded panel 1 formed as described above, an adhesive 6 such as mortar is applied to the attachment surface 1a of the molded panel 1, and at the same time , the adhesive 6 is filled into the groove 2. In this case, since the connecting portion 2b' between the bottom wall 2b of the groove 2 and both inclined side walls 2c is rounded, the adhesive 6 is sufficiently filled in the connecting portion 2b' as well. Next, the two protrusions 5 of the tile piece 4 are fitted into the adjacent grooves 2 of the molded panel 1, and a uniform pressing force is applied from the back side of the tile piece 4. By repeating this drying process, the tile pieces 4 are adhered to the entire surface of the molded panel 1, and as the adhesive 6 hardens, a tile-applied panel having the tile pieces adhered to the entire surface is obtained. In this case, the tile piece 4 has a projecting piece 5 on its back side.
Since the tile can be fitted into the groove 2 of the molded panel 1 and pasted using the tile as a guide, the tile pasting work with a regular and beautiful joint structure can be easily performed without requiring any special technique or skill. I can do it. In addition, since the adhesive 6 hardens while the protruding piece 5 of the tile piece 4 is pressed into the groove 2 of the molded panel 1 so as to push apart the adhesive 6, the tile piece 4 It is firmly attached and there is no risk of peeling or falling off. In addition, both inclined side walls 2 of the groove 2
Since the connecting part 2b' between c and the bottom wall 2b is rounded, the adhesive 6 is sufficiently filled in the part 2b'.
Since no voids enclosing spaces are formed, cracks do not occur due to frost damage during extremely cold seasons.

In the above example, the groove 2 was formed on the molded panel 1 and the protruding piece 5 was formed on the tile piece 4.
As shown in FIG. 11, a projecting piece is provided on the molded panel 1 side and a groove is provided on the tile piece 4 side, and both members 1 and 4 are attached via adhesive 6 in the same manner as in the above case. It's okay.

In summary, the present invention provides a recess that is formed on either the front surface of the extrusion molded panel or the back surface of the tile piece, the width becoming wider as it approaches the bottom wall, and the connecting portion between the bottom wall and both side walls formed in an arc shape. A groove and a projecting piece that can be fitted into the groove and have side surfaces parallel to the side walls of the groove are provided in a protruding manner, and an adhesive is filled in the groove, and the gap between the molded panel and the tile piece is A method for producing a tile-adhering panel, which comprises applying an adhesive to the groove, and then pushing the projecting piece into the groove as a guide to integrally adhere the tile piece and the molded panel. Since it is a summary,
According to the present invention, the problems of the above-mentioned conventional methods are solved, and beautiful joints are easily and reliably formed without the need for special techniques or skills, and there is no fear of tile pieces peeling or falling off. The present invention has the practical effect of realizing a method for producing tile-attached panels with low construction costs.
