示す送り調節有効範囲Fを超えて所定の角度迄回
動せしめられると駆動ピン11′又は42によつ
て調節カム群18が第7図又は第18図示の如く
回動され、各縫条件の位置S,Z,D,SDとに
設定されればカム18C及び48Cと位置決めレ
バー32とによつてその状態が保持される。従つ
て各縫条件はカム18Aにより従動レバー19,
20を介して送り歯沈下状態D、針板針穴を直線
縫状態S又はジグザグ縫状態Z及び針の落下位置
が中基線の如き特定位置での直線縫状態S或いは
ジグザグ縫可能な状態Z及びそれらを組合せた状
態例えば送り歯が沈下して針板針穴及び位置を直
線縫の状態SDにならしめる。そして前記駆動ピ
ン11′又は42は所望の縫い条件設定後元の位

本発明は上記の様に構成され且つ作用するもの
であるから各縫い条件が縫い模様を含む所望の縫
いを選択すると同時に自動的に設定されるので従
来の如く種々縫い条件を設定する煩しが全くなく
なるものであり、又送り制御用モータが送り運動
の制御に駆動されていない時期即ちミシンの運転
が停止されている状態中に送り歯高さ、針板針
穴、及び針位置の調節に利用できると共に従来上
記の一部調節作用を針棒振巾用モータにより行な
わせていたのを送り制御用モータに集中的に制御
させる様にしたので針棒振巾制御用モータは振巾
制御だけに用いられるのでトルクが小さくてすむ
から小型にすることが出来る。又縫い条件を設定
するカムを送り制御用モータの回転軸に同心上に
配設したので、自動調節のための調節機構と被調
節機構が極めて近い箇所にまとめられた結果関連
部品を省略することができ、従つて容積を極めて
小型にできるものであり、又針位置の固定と針板
針穴の調節が機械的になされるので電気的な針位
置保持機構を不要となり、しかも前記針位置の固
定と針板針穴の調節が同時的に行ない得るよう構
成されているので一方のみが作動し他が不作動の
為ミシンが破損せしめられる如き危険は全くない
など種々の効果をもたらし、ミシンによる縫製技
術の向上に貢献するところ極めて大なるものであ

Claims (1)
成するミシンにおいて、布送り運動機構を制御す
る電気的駆動装置の回転軸に該駆動装置により所
定位置に回動せしめられる駆動ピンを固着し、模
様選択手段の操作に関連して前記駆動ピンの回転
に連動せしめられ所望の縫い条件を設定せしめる
為の調節カム群を嵌装し、前記駆動ピンが前記電
気的駆動装置により回動される布送り調節器の調
節有効範囲を超えた領域で前記調節カム群を伴つ
て回動し該調節カム群を一体の位置保持用カムの
切欠部に位置決めレバーを係合せしめることによ
り所望の選択位置に保持せしめ、ミシン運転時に
は前記駆動ピンが前記電気的駆動装置により布送
り調節器の調節有効範囲内に復帰される如くした
ミシンの自動調節装置。1.
