The solvent in dry cleaners removes oil-soluble stains well, but cannot remove water-soluble stains, so soap is mixed into the solvent to remove water-soluble stains. The amount of soap differs when washing at a high liquid level and when washing at a low liquid level. If the amount is too small, water-soluble stains may not settle and may cause back contamination. This may cause ring smudges.

The present invention aims to eliminate such drawbacks, and will be explained based on the following figures. 1 is an automatic soap dispenser, a cylinder 3 having a built-in piston 2,
It consists of a pressure chamber 4 for moving the piston up and down, and a piston shaft 5 whose lower end is connected to the piston 2 is inserted into the pressure chamber 4, and a piston shaft 5 is inserted into the pressure chamber 4, integrally or separately, approximately in the center of the piston shaft. The inside of this pressure chamber is divided into upper and lower parts by the formed sliding valve 6. Reference numerals 7 and 8 denote first and second solenoid valves for sending pressurized air to the upper and lower portions of the pressure chamber 4, respectively. The first solenoid valve 7 opens when energized, and the second solenoid valve 8 closes when energized. It's getting old. 9 is a kettle that can be opened and closed manually. Reference numeral 10 denotes a stroke adjustment bolt, which allows the stroke of the piston 2 to be adjusted by adjusting the distance between its lower end and the upper end of the piston shaft 5 by changing the screwing depth. Further, a suction pipe 11 and a discharge pipe 12 are connected to the lower end of the cylinder 3,
The suction pipe 11 has a check valve 13 formed at its tip, and this portion is inserted into a soap container 14. The discharge pipe 12 also has a check valve 15 at its base end.
At the same time, the tip is connected to the washing tub. The soap container 14 also has springs 16,1.
When the amount of soap in the soap container 14 decreases, the mounting table 17 is raised and a detection switch 18 is activated.

Therefore, it is necessary to change the amount of soap added depending on whether you are washing at a high level with a large amount of detergent in the washing tub or washing at a low level with a small amount of solvent. This was done by adjusting the stroke adjustment bolt 10. That is, when the liquid level is low, the threading depth of the stroke adjustment bolt 10 is increased and the stroke of the piston 2 is made small to reduce the amount of soap extruded by one operation, and when the liquid level is high, the amount of soap extruded by one operation is reduced. In this case, the threading depth of the stroke adjustment bolt 10 is made shallow. However, it is inconvenient to adjust the stroke adjustment bolt 10 every time the liquid level changes, and the present invention attempts to eliminate this drawback by providing a special configuration of the electric circuit.

The operation will be explained below. In the washing process of the first bath, the first program switch 19 and the fourth program switch 22 are closed. By closing the first program switch 19, the first tank liquid supply valve 23 is energized, and at the same time as the valve is opened, the first bath cleaning relay 24 is energized, the normally open contact 24-1 is closed, and the liquid supply pump 33, this pump rotates and transfers the solvent in the first tank to the washing tub. When a predetermined amount of solvent enters the washing tub, the low liquid level switch 30 closes, and this switch and the fourth program switch 2
The low liquid level self-holding relay 29 is energized through 2, and the normally open contact 29-1 is closed to form a self-holding circuit, and at the same time, the normally closed contacts 29-2 and 29-4 are opened to supply liquid to the washing tub. stop. At the same time, the motor circuit 34 operates to perform the first bath of washing. The solvent in the first tank used for the first washing bath is the same as the solvent used in the previous washing and has not been distilled, so the solvent already contains soap. Therefore, there is no need to add new soap during the first washing bath.

When the normally closed delay contact 31-2 opens, the power to the first and second solenoid valves 7 and 8 is cut off, and as the first solenoid valve 7 closes, the second solenoid valve 8 opens, and the automatic soap Pressure air flows into the pressure chamber 4 of the dispenser below the slide valve 6, moves the piston 2 upward, and sucks soap from the soap container 14 into the cylinder 3. On the other hand, even if the normally open delay contact 31-1 is closed, no current flows through the second soap application delay relay 32 because the normally open contact 27-3 is open at this stage.

During this time, the liquid supply pump 33 continues to rotate.
When a certain amount of solvent enters the washing tub, the low liquid level switch 30 closes, but since the fourth program switch 22 is open, the low liquid level self-holding relay 29 does not operate. When the amount of solvent in the washing tub increases further, the high liquid level switch 28 closes, energizing the high liquid level self-holding relay 27 and closing the normally open contact 27-1, forming a self-holding circuit and closing the normally open contact. 27-2 is closed to energize the low liquid level self-holding relay 29, and its normally closed contact 29-4 is opened to stop the liquid supply pump 33. On the other hand, since the normally open contact 27-3 is also closed, the second soap injection delay relay 32 is energized, and when a certain period of time has passed after energization, the delay contact 32-1 is closed and the first and second solenoid valves 7, 8 Turn on the power again.
As a result, the first solenoid valve 7 opens and the second solenoid valve 8 closes, pushing down the piston 2 as described above and pushing out the soap in the cylinder 3 into the washing tub. In this state, current flows through the motor circuit 34 to perform the second washing bath. When the second bath of washing is completed, all contacts are opened, so the first and second solenoid valves 7 and 8 are no longer energized, the first solenoid valve 7 is closed, and the second solenoid valve 8 is opened.
As described above, the piston 2 rises and sucks soap into the cylinder 3 in preparation for the next washing.

On the other hand, when the second bath of washing is set to be performed at a low liquid level, the second, third, and fourth program switches 20, 21, and 22 are closed as shown in FIG. In this state, when a predetermined amount of solvent is in the washing tub and the low liquid level switch 30 is closed, the low liquid level self-holding relay 29 is energized through the fourth program switch 22, and its normally closed contact 29-4 is closed. When opened, the power supply to the liquid supply pump 33 is cut off, and the pump is stopped. Therefore, the second bath of washing is performed at a low liquid level. On the other hand, since the third program switch 21 is closed, the first and second solenoid valves 7 and 8 are energized through the normally closed delay contact 31-2 until the first soap application delay relay 31 times out, and the soap is turned on as described above. The piston 2 of the dispenser 1 is pushed down to push out the solvent in the cylinder 3 into the washing tub. When the second bath of washing is performed at a low liquid level, the normally open contact 27-3 of the high liquid level self-holding relay remains open, so the second soap injection delay relay 32 does not operate. Soap is added only once.

As described above, according to the present invention, the first soap is added when the second and subsequent washing starts, and the second soap is added when the high liquid level switch is activated. When performing washing at a low liquid level, the soap needs to be added only once, and the amount of soap added automatically changes depending on the amount of solvent in the washing tub. There is no need to adjust the adjustment bolt one by one, and the input amount is not linked to the liquid level setting operation.
Since it is linked in advance to the operation of the high liquid level switch, it is possible to provide an easy-to-use soap dispensing device without making a mistake in the dispensed amount due to misidentification of the liquid level setting operation or the like.
