して連絡することにより、利用価値の少ない籾殻
を効率的に燃焼し熱エネルギーに変化してその有
効利用を達成すると共に、重要資源の油類の使用
を大幅に節減し、その燃費を節減して生産費を廉
価にし、しかも穀物の乾燥能力を良好に維持して
良質の乾燥穀物を円滑に量産して貯蔵できる装置

その供給ホツパー16に投入される籾殻は、落下
して内部の燃焼棚17に集積して点火されると共
に、前部の給風口18…から流入する空気によつ
て燃焼し、その燃焼ガスはボイラー15の多数の
煙管19…を通過して器内のボイラ水を加熱する
と共に、後部の排煙室20に設けたガス排出口2
1から排風路22に流出し、また室内底部に落下
する灰を排出用コンベア23によつて機外に排除

吸引し、その熱風は乾燥室3…に形成された穀粒
層を通過して各穀粒を乾燥し、乾燥された穀粒は
排出口2から取出され穀物調製装置12の各穀物

ネルギーに変化してその利用性を増大し、重要資
源の油類の使用を大幅に節約すると共に、その燃
費を節減して生産費を廉価にし、しかも穀物の乾
燥能力を良好に維持して良質の乾燥穀物を継続的
に円滑に量産して貯蔵できるの効果を奏するもの

壁から成る通風壁間に形成された乾燥室の前記通

換器の排湯口を前記調製装置の給風室の風路に臨
設した熱交換器の給湯管に連絡し、該熱交換器の
排湯口を前記ボイラーの給湯管に連結して熱湯循
環路を形成し該循環路に送湯ポンプを介装したこ
