When the amount of powder and granules adheres to a large amount, rat holes, bridges, or arching occur in the storage hopper. The powder and granules are discharged from the tank and become uniform. Furthermore, even in the transfer piping, the amount of adhesion becomes large and the flow path area is reduced, which may make it impossible to transfer the powder or granular material.

This not only increases the size of the equipment itself, but also poses a major problem in that the working environment deteriorates due to the operating noise of the compressor.

。Furthermore, even if a sealing mechanism is installed to prevent dust from entering between the sliding surfaces of the cylinder and actuator, the intrusion of fine powder is unavoidable, and due to poor sliding, it may not be possible to apply an accurate impact to the surface. be. Furthermore, especially when air is used as the working fluid, there is a limit to shortening the air supply/discharge interval when reciprocating the actuator because the influence of the compressibility of the fluid is large. For this reason, there is an upper limit to the number of times the actuator applies impact per unit time, which is an obstacle to efficient removal of adhered powder and granules.

The sliding rod is provided so as to be movable in the direction, and the sliding rod has a structure including a magnetic material in a part thereof, and an electromagnetic coil that moves the sliding rod in the direction of the peripheral wall when energized is arranged around the sliding rod. That is, an operating electromagnetic coil 11 and an evacuation electromagnetic coil 12 surrounding the sliding rod 6 are arranged inside the machine frame 4, and the sliding movement is caused by the action of the magnetic field when these electromagnetic coils 11 and 12 are energized. For example, if the movement speed during operation is increased, the impact force applied to the base plate 5 can be increased, so the magnitude of the impact force can be arbitrarily changed by controlling the current or voltage applied depending on the usage conditions. 。Furthermore, a communication pipe 14 is provided outside the machine frame 4 to allow the sliding rod 6 to move without any trouble. This communication pipe 14
has a function of releasing air within the machine frame 4 according to the direction of movement of the sliding rod 6 when the sliding rod 6 moves. That is, since the two proximal ends of the communicating tube 14 are open to the base plate 5 side and the support (#) to the body 10 side, when the sliding rod 6 moves toward the base plate 5 from the state shown in FIG. , the air inside the machine frame 4 flows to the right inside the communication pipe 14. As a result, the air inside the machine frame 4 on the side where the sliding rod 6 is about to move is removed, and the air inside the machine frame 4 is removed without being subjected to resistance from the internal air. The sliding rod 6 can be moved.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3, when a voltage with a pulse width T1 is applied to the actuating electromagnetic coil 11, the sliding rod 6 is attracted by the magnetic field generated by the actuating electromagnetic coil 11 and moves to the position shown in FIG. . At this time,
If the moving speed of the sliding rod 6 due to the magnetic field is increased to a certain extent, the head 8 will collide with the base plate 5, thereby applying an impact to the peripheral wall a of the hopper A, and at the same time the sliding rod 6 will stop at the position shown in FIG. do. Note that when the sliding rod 6 moves, the base plate 5 also moves due to its inertia.
Because it collides with! ! ? The striking power increases. Further, since the head 8 is made of a non-magnetic material, it will not be attracted even if the base plate 5 is magnetized.

It was possible to increase the number of times. Therefore, efficient hammering work can be performed in a short time.

Therefore, durability is improved and the lifespan can be extended. In particular, in plants that process salt, sugar, etc., the processed products are highly hygroscopic, so it is extremely effective to prevent these from entering the plant. Further, unlike a pneumatic cylinder, the sliding rod 6 is not driven by supplying and discharging fluid, so there is no need to increase the precision between the sliding surfaces of the sliding rod 6 and the yoke material 9. Therefore, it becomes easy to process the sliding rod 6 and the like, and manufacturing costs can be reduced compared to the conventional hydraulic cylinder type.

With this arrangement, when the sliding rod 6 moves, the air inside the inner tube 20 is discharged into the outer machine frame 4 from the ventilation hole 22 on the side in the moving direction. At the same time, the air flows through the machine frame 4 through the notch 21 provided in the yoke material 9, and the air flows into the inner tube 20 again from the ventilation hole 22 on the opposite side. In this way, the ventilation hole 22 is provided in the inner tube 20 and the notch 21 is formed in the yoke material 9 to provide a gap between the inner wall of the machine frame 4 and the inner wall of the machine frame 4. Air resistance can be reduced to almost zero. Further, the above structure eliminates the need for the communication pipe 14 described in the first embodiment, eliminates the bulk of the entire device, and enables miniaturization.

In this time chart, unlike the one described in FIG. 3 of the first embodiment, at the start of operation, first the evacuation electromagnetic coil 12
A pulse current is applied to the electromagnetic coil 11 side after a certain time after the end of the current application. As a result of energizing the operating electromagnetic coil 11, the sliding rod 6
moves in the direction of paceblate 5 and gives an impact.

That is, for example, when the flange 3 is in a lower position, the sliding rod 6 is lowered by its own weight and is in its retracted position throughout the non-operation period.

Move in the direction and give fk'll. However, if the flange 2 is in the downward position, the sliding rod 6 is lowered toward the base plate 5 during non-operation, so even if the operating electromagnetic coil 11 is first energized, it will not slide. The rod 6 merely maintains its position and does not perform any impact movement. To avoid this, if the evacuation electromagnetic coil 12 is first energized, the sliding rod 6 that is descending will move upward,
Thereafter, by energizing the operating electromagnetic coil 11, a shock is applied to the base plate.

Therefore, no matter what attitude the device is attached to the hopper 8, efficient hammering can be performed without wasting electricity.

A magnetic circuit is formed between the sliding rod 6 and the machine frame 4 made of magnetic material. For this reason, the electromagnetic coil 11 for operation and evacuation
.. When energizing 12, a structure with less magnetic leakage is obtained, and the attraction force against the sliding rod 6 is increased. Therefore, the impact force on the base plate 5 is large (and the interval between impact and evacuation is also shortened, making it possible to work even more efficiently).

The movement of the sliding rod can be converted directly or indirectly into an impact force on the object by reciprocating the movement. Therefore, by changing the aTx conditions for the electromagnetic coil that moves the sliding rod, it is possible to increase or decrease the impact force and change the impact cycle as desired. The removal work can be done efficiently. In addition, unlike hammering devices that use fluid pressure, which have a lagging delay and impact cycle limitations due to the compressibility of the fluid, it is possible to accurately operate the sliding rod (Ij "71 cycles"). can be increased.
