Structures mainly made of architectural blocks are widely used as partition walls in buildings, exterior walls of buildings, fences, and the like. Traditionally, most of the structures used as partition walls of buildings have had their surfaces treated with decorative treatments, but recently they have also been used as external walls and fences of buildings. The number of cosmetically treated items is increasing. By the way, structures that are mainly made of architectural blocks and have decorative treatments applied to their surfaces have conventionally been constructed using (1) decorative materials manufactured by pouring block materials containing expensive seed stones such as granite into a certain formwork; (2) A construction made by gluing together a plurality of single decorative blocks, (2) a construction made by gluing a plurality of single decorative blocks with a decorative board adhered to the surface of a general construction block made by adding water to Portland cement; (3) It is known that a plurality of the above-mentioned general building blocks are glued together and stacked, and a piece of decorative board, decorative cloth, etc. is bonded to the surface thereof. However, in (1), expensive materials are used for each decorative block as a whole, so the material cost is high, and when the blocks are stacked together, the adhesive concrete used to bond the blocks to each other is damaged before it hardens. Since it may leak from the surface and stain the surface, great care must be taken to prevent such a situation, which is disadvantageous in that work efficiency is poor. In addition, in (2), only the decorative board is used as an expensive material, so the material cost can be reduced, but the adhesion between the single building block and the decorative board is achieved by applying concrete, etc. to the adhesive surface. It is necessary to wait until the concrete etc. solidifies, which takes time and effort for adhesion, and, as in (1), care must be taken to prevent the surface of the decorative board from becoming dirty due to leakage of concrete when stacking blocks. There is a disadvantage that work efficiency is not good. Also(3)
In this case, the material cost can be reduced, and the efficiency of the block stacking work is improved because even if adhesive concrete leaks, the surface of the decorative board etc. will not be contaminated, but it is not necessary to join the stacked blocks and the decorative board etc. In the process, surface treatment to remove irregularities on the surface of the blocks before joining takes time and effort, and joining takes time and effort whether it is bonded with concrete or nails.

The present invention has been made with attention to these circumstances, and includes a plurality of blocks that communicate internal cavities with the outside, and a decorative board that is attached to the surface of the block and that is fitted into the insertion hole on the back side. By providing a surface material having legs that reach the cavity, the block and the surface material can be manufactured separately, and the two can be combined and constructed in a simple operation. To provide a structure that is inexpensive, easy to construct, and easy to construct.

With such a configuration, when the legs 6 of the surface material 4 are fitted into the slits 3 of the block 1 and the back surface 5b of the decorative board 5 is brought into contact with the surface of the block 1, The tip 6a of the leg 6...
reaches inside cavity 2... When concrete is poured into the cavity 2 in this state, the concrete solidifies over time and also adheres to the tip 6a, so that the decorative board 5 is in close contact with the block 1. The decorative board 5 is fixed to the block 1, and the same effect as when the decorative board 5 is glued to the block 1 is produced. The structure shown in FIG. 2 is constructed using a plurality of such blocks 1 and a plurality of surface materials 4.

In this embodiment, compared to conventional example (1), an inexpensive one-stage hollow block is used, so material costs can be reduced, and the surface material is fitted after the blocks are stacked, so the surface The decorative board made of wood will not get dirty, and there is no need to pay attention to preventing such stains, which has the effect of improving work efficiency. In addition, compared to conventional example (2), the efficiency of the block stacking work similar to that described above is improved, and the work for adhesion can be completed with the simple work of fitting the surface material to the blocks. This has the effect of saving time and effort required for adhesion.

It should be noted that the present invention is of course not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and the fitting hole is not limited to a slit, but may be any hole that allows the cavity to communicate with the outside, and a fitting hole may be provided for each cavity. Although it is not necessary to do so, fitting and adhesion are easier if it is as in the above embodiment. Further, the number, position, and shape of the leg portions are not limited to those in the above embodiments, and may be any number, position, and shape that correspond to the number, position, and shape of the insertion holes. Further, the legs may be manufactured integrally with the decorative laminate or manufactured separately and fixed to the decorative laminate, and the material thereof may be the same as or different from the decorative laminate. Alternatively, a locking device may be provided at the tip of the leg to prevent it from coming out of the cavity. Furthermore, the decorative board is, of course, not limited to the above embodiments, and the material is not limited to ordinary concrete, but may also be GRC, metal, etc., and the size (height, length, thickness), surface Any shape, pattern, color, etc. may be used. For example, instead of the decorative board 5 shown in Example 1, the surface 5a' may be covered with tiles 11 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. Furthermore, the present invention can also be applied to a structure mainly consisting of a plurality of single bricks.

As explained above, the present invention uses high-quality materials only for the surface material or decorative board, so material costs can be significantly reduced, and the joining process is as simple as fitting blocks and surface materials together. At the same time, it is possible to provide a structure that can significantly improve work efficiency by completing the above steps, and can greatly contribute to the development of the block industry in the future.
