If the dimensions are forced, especially if the center contact piece is small, the elasticity of the center contact piece deteriorates due to the high heat of the mini halogen lamp, which is characterized by its small size and high brightness, which becomes a problem. In addition, there is a good chance that the center contact piece and the holder may be assembled by attaching them in reverse, and in such a case, the process may be disrupted or problems may occur with the insulation distance between the center contact piece and the holder. It's possible.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a bottomed, substantially cylindrical body made of an insulating material, such as a porcelain material, and grooves 2 and 3 are provided on both sides of the upper surface, respectively. 4 is the center piece, 5
1 is a receiver, and the respective terminal portions 6 and 7 are fitted into the grooves 2 and 3, respectively, and attached. 8 is a ring-shaped cap made of an insulating material, such as a porcelain material;
It is assembled on the upper surface of the body 1. Reference numerals 9 and 10 are fastening fittings and a metal bottom plate constituting a coupling device, which connect the body 1 and the cap 8.

The widths of the terminal parts 7 are made different such that the terminal part 7 is larger than the terminal part 7, so that the terminal parts 7 are not fitted into the grooves 2, and the reverse mounting of the center contact piece 4 and the receiver 5 is prevented.

めがなされる。 Lead wires 14, 14 are connected to the terminal parts 6, 7, respectively. The receiver 5 has, for example, a flange 15 on its lower edge, and is placed on a step 16 formed on the inner periphery of the body 2 . Providing the cutout 17 at one end of the flange 15 facilitates insertion of the protrusion 13 without increasing the size of the body 1. On both sides of the lower surface of the cap 8, protrusions 18 and 19 are provided which fit into the grooves 2 and 3, respectively, and each has a different width corresponding to the grooves 2 and 3. The fastening metal fitting 9 has a ring-shaped upper end and has fastening feet 20 on both sides thereof, and is joined by inserting the tips into slits 21 formed at both ends of the metal bottom plate 10 and bending them. The inner end of the slit 21 is formed with a tightened portion 22 having a bulged upper surface and a concave lower surface. Care is taken so that the lower surface of the metal bottom plate 10 is substantially flush with the lower surface of the metal bottom plate 10, so that there is no wobbling when the metal bottom plate 10 is mounted on a mounting surface by passing screws or the like through the holes 23 of the metal bottom plate 10. There is a square hole 24 in the center of the metal bottom plate 10, into which a square projection 25 on the lower surface of the body 1 is fitted, thereby determining the angle of the metal bottom plate 10 with respect to the body 1.

取付して組立てるおそれがない。 When assembled, the base 12 of the center contact piece 4 is housed in the notch 11, so the distance from here to the center can be long, and it is easy to configure the base 12 to be highly elastic. The protrusion 13 is connected to the base 12.
and the receiver 5, the mutual insulation distance can be maintained. Further, since the terminal portion 7 of the receiver 5 does not fit into the groove 2, there is no risk of assembling the center contact piece 4 and the receiver 5 by attaching them in reverse.
