ジを使用する固定子の製造方法に関するものであ

れをウエツジ11の突出延長部11bに押付けて
当該部のコイルエンドを所定形状に整形するもの

能の回転機を迅速に製造することができるという
効果を奏する。

ト内に挿入される単位ウエツジ、11bはこれら
各単位ウエツジの延長部を示す。その他図中、同
一符号は同一または相当部分を示すものとする。

のウエツジを備えた回転電機の固定子の製造方法
において、挿入端に形成された傾斜部を各々が有
するU形の単位ウエツジと、これらU形単位ウエ
ツジの反挿入端を環状に連結するための延長部と
を備え、前記U形単位ウエツジの軸方向の長さは
鉄心の積層長さよりも長く、かつスロツト内の絶
縁紙の長さと同じかあるいはこれより若干長く選
定し、また前記延長部は固定子への所定の組込み
状態でそのコイルエンドの内側への倒れを防止す
るに足る長さに選定された環状に連結されたU形
単位ウエツジを使用し、まず、前記各スロツトに
前記コイルを挿入後その挿入側のコイルエンドを
外側に向つて若干拡開させ、前記ウエツジの各先
端傾斜部を先にして前記各単位ウエツジをスロツ
ト内へ挿入し、その挿入完了後上記拡開状態の挿
入側のコイルエンドを元に戻すようこれを前記ウ
エツジの連結延長部に押付けて該コイルエンドを
所定形状に整形することを特徴とする回転電機の
固定子の製造方法。1.
