本発明は表面に繊維が植設された建築板及びそ
の製造法に関し、無機質板1の表面に短繊維2の
短繊維層10を形成し、この短繊維層10の表面
に長繊維3の長繊維層11を形成して成ることを
特徴とする建築板を特定発明とし、抄造された生
板4の表面に短繊維2を散布して生板4の硬化と
共にこの短繊維2を表面に固着し、次いでこの生
板4が硬化して形成される無機質板1の表面に接
着剤8を塗布して長繊維3を接着せしめ、その後
長繊維3をスパイラルロール5で毛羽立たせるこ
とを特徴とする建築板の製造法を併合発明とする

以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。生板4は
石膏混入セメント等で形成され、第1図に示すよ
うに抄造されてまだ軟らかい状態の生板4の表面
に短繊維2を散布した後、ロール6やプレス等で
押圧して短繊維2が生板4の表面に一体に形成さ
れた短繊維層10を形成する。短繊維2は例えば
ナイロン、ポリエステル、ビニロン等の合成繊維
やガラス繊維、炭素繊維等の無機繊維、ビスコー
ル繊維、麻等の天然繊維等を使用することがで
き、生板4の表面に粗く散布するものである。次
に生板4を乾燥機7で乾燥して生板4を硬化させ
る。その際、上記短繊維2を生板4の表面に固着
するものである。次に、生板4が硬化して形成さ
れた無機質板1の表面にユリア樹脂系接着剤、フ
エノール樹脂系接着剤、ポリビニルアルコール系
接着剤等の接着剤8を塗布した後長繊維3を散布
し、長繊維3を接着剤8に接着させる。長繊維3
は上記短繊維2と同質あるいは異質のものを使用
することができ、無機質板1の地肌が見えないよ
うに十分な量の長繊維3を接着させるものであ

することになつて無機質板1の地肌が直接露出す
ることがないものである。また、短繊維2は無機
質板1の内部に一部が埋入されて固着することに
より、無機質板1から容易に抜けることがないも
のでなり、また長繊維3も短繊維2に接着するこ
とにより強固に無機質板1に接着することができ

となく短繊維が表面に見えることになつて建築板
に高級感を与えることができるものである。また
本発明の併合発明は、抄造された生板の表面に短
繊維を散布して生板の硬化と共に短繊維を表面に
固着し、次いで接着剤で長繊維を無機質板表面に
接着せしめ、その後長繊維をスパイラルロールで
毛羽立たせたので、生板に強固に固着した短繊維
に長繊維が接着することにより長繊維を無機質板
に強固に接着させることができ、長繊維が無機質
板から抜けたりすることがないものであり、また
生板の抄造から長繊維の毛羽立ちまで一貫して連
続的に行うことができ、建築板の生産性を高める
