Conventional automatic cleaning and sterilization equipment sterilizes objects to be cleaned using a shower, but this process sometimes leaves stains on the objects to be cleaned. Therefore, when complete cleaning was required, pre-cleaning was performed using an ultrasonic cleaning device, and then rinsing and sterilization was performed using an automatic cleaning/sterilizing device, but the process became complicated and a separate ultrasonic cleaning device was prepared. I needed to.

In Fig. 1, 1 is a door for taking objects to be cleaned into and out of the can body 3, 2 is a door gasket that prevents cleaning water and steam from leaking from the door 1 when the door 1 is closed, and 3 is a cleaning water and a can body that holds steam; 4 is a detergent injection case that stores detergent and injects detergent into the can body 3 by closing the door 1; 5 is a drainboard frame on which a basket is placed; 6 is a trash can when washing water is drained. 7 is the upper limit detection electrode of the floatless switch FS that detects the upper limit water level inside the can body 3, 8 is the shower nozzle for shower rinsing, and 9 is the water supply inside the can body 3 during pre-soak cleaning. The presoak cleaning water supply port 10 is arranged in front of the presoak cleaning water supply port 9 as shown in Fig. 2, so that the supplied water flows along the inner wall of the can body 3. It is a guide plate and acts to gently guide water into the can body 3 and prevent the detergent from foaming. 11 is a water supply pump, 12 is a water supply solenoid valve for presoak cleaning, 13
14 is the lower limit detection electrode of the floatless switch FS, 15 is the drain solenoid valve, 16 is the steam supply solenoid valve, and 17 is the steam supply solenoid valve.

First, by operating the start switch provided on the operation panel (not shown) of the device, contact 1 (home position) of the stepping relay 18, which is a stepping means for operating each process in series, is activated. The stepping relay solenoid 20 is energized through the cam switch 19 of the stepping relay 18, and the stepping relay 1
8 moves to contact point 2 (presoak cleaning process) and stops. When the stepping relay 18 moves to the contact 2, the relay 〓〓 is energized through the contact 2' of the stepping relay 18, the relay contact X1 is closed, and the relay contact X1 becomes the floatless switch.
The presoak cleaning water supply solenoid valve 12 is energized through the lower limit contact C1 of the FS and the a contact of the switch 21 driven by the relay 〓〓, and the solenoid valve 12 is opened, and at the same time, the water supply pump 11 is activated to drain the can body. 3
Water supply will start within the same period.

When the inside of the can body 3 becomes full of water, the upper limit detection electrode 7 detects that the floatless switch FS switches to the upper limit contact C2.
As a result, the electromagnetic valve 12 closes and the operation of the water supply pump 11 also stops, thereby stopping the water supply. During this time, the water supply dissolves the detergent from the detergent injection case 4, and the object to be cleaned is immersed in this detergent solution.
Dirt on the object to be cleaned is dissolved.

Further, the relay 〓〓 is excited in synchronization with the excitation of the presoak timer 〓, closes the relay contact X2 and maintains itself, and switches the switch 21 to the b contact. When the set time of this presoak timer 〓〓 has elapsed, the contact TM closes, so this contact
The drain electromagnetic valve 15 is energized through the TM, the drain electromagnetic valve 15 is opened, and the drain operation inside the can body 3 is started. When the end of the drainage operation in the can body 3 is detected by the lower limit detection electrode 14, the lower limit contact C1 of the floatless switch FS closes again, and the relay is energized, relay contact X3 is closed, stepping relay solenoid 20 is energized, and stepping relay 18 advances to contact 3 (rinsing step).
