果を奏するものである。 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention prevents the hood sheet from hanging down at the connecting portion of a vehicle connecting hood, and makes it easy to replace damaged parts. Conventionally, rectangular cylindrical canopies that are connected to the middle part between vehicles are subject to vibrations of the vehicle, changes in the canopy that makes up the canopy frame during driving, and the own weight of the canopy. Therefore, it cannot be overlooked that the hood sheet is damaged due to contact with the coupler, and there is also the problem that it is not easy to replace or repair the damaged part, which requires a considerable amount of time and effort. However, it also imposes a large economic burden, and improvements are desired. Up until now, it has been customary to place pantograph-like bracing members on both sides of the top body and to connect the top frame to the vehicle body by lifting it up. However, this has the disadvantage that the weight of the canopy increases and the suspension points often break. In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the connecting hood body, the present applicant proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-85562 that each hood frame of a rectangular cylindrical hood frame is constructed from mutually independent hollow tubes. In a connected canopy that is divided into an upper sheet including the ceiling part and a lower sheet including the bottom part and inserted into the mounting groove of each canopy sheet continuously provided along the inner circumferential surface, there is a gap between each canopy rib. We proposed a way to prevent the hood from sagging by folding the lower surface of each of the lower hood sheets that is spanned inward in the form of pleats, and forming the lower hood into loose pieces. The present invention further relates to the structure of the connected hood body, and in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-85562, when the hood sheet is inserted into each hood frame of the hood frame, in particular, the attachment and removal of the lower hood sheet is simplified, This involves a proposal to prevent the hood sheet from drooping. That is, the present invention
In a connected canopy in which each of the canopy bones of a rectangular cylindrical canopy frame is made up of independent canopy bones, and a canopy sheet can be inserted into a mounting groove provided on the rectangular cylindrical inner peripheral surface of each canopy frame. , each adjacent canopy bone 1 is divided into upper and lower parts including the upper and lower sides of the side frames, and the upper canopy bone is formed into a downward U-shape to form the upper canopy bone 1a, and the lower canopy bone is separately formed. 1b is formed into an upward U-shape so that the outer periphery near the end surfaces of both side frames of the hood bone can be overlapped with the inner periphery of the end surfaces of the both side frames of the upper hood bone 1a. The upper and lower canopy bones 1a and 1b are brought into contact with each other at an appropriate position on the rising part of the lower canopy in a staggered manner in the longitudinal direction of the surface, and the corresponding contact portions are firmly connected with a fastening vault and connected as a whole. The main idea is that it is formed on a rectangular cylindrical canopy frame. Next, the implementation side will be explained based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of the hood frame of a connecting hood for a vehicle in which the present invention can be implemented, and shows the hood frame in which the upper hood frame and the lower hood frame are joined, lifted from the vehicle frame of the vehicle body, and 2 is the vehicle frame. 2 is a side view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an explanatory oblique view of the main part of the notch in FIG. 1, showing the connection state of the upper and lower side canopy bones. 1a is the upper canopy bone, which is formed in a downwardly open U-shape by continuously forming the canopy bones 1 at the ceiling of each canopy bone 1 of the canopy frame, and 1b is the lower canopy bone, which is a part of the bottom part. The upper and lower U-shaped canopies 1a and 1b are formed into an upward U-shape with an upper opening including a notch and a buffer connection part 7, and each of these upper and lower U-shaped canopies 1a and 1b is composed of two upper and lower parts, and the inner circumferential surface of each canopy in the longitudinal direction. It has a hood sheet mounting groove 5 that is continuous with the hood. 3 and 4 are an upper hood sheet and a lower hood sheet attached by flexible engagement members fixed in the longitudinal direction of both ends of the hood sheet along the inner peripheral surfaces of the hood ribs 1a and 1b of the upper and lower hood frames. It is a side hood seat. In each of the canopy bones 1 of the canopy frame made up of the above-mentioned upper and lower divided bodies, the lower canopy bone 1b connects the upper canopy bone 1 to the vicinity of the outer peripheral end surface of the canopy bone 1b of the upwardly open both side frames.
They are overlapped at an appropriate abutment distance (5 to 10 cm, not shown) in a staggered pattern along the inner circumferential surface of the downward-opening both side frames of a (the mounting grooves are provided vertically inward). There is. That is, it goes without saying that the dimension between both side frames of the upward U-shaped lower canopy rib 1b is formed to be slightly narrower than the dimension (width dimension) between both side frames of the downward U-shaped upper canopy rib 1a. The contact points of the upper and lower side canopy bones 1a and 1b are as follows:
When it is integrally formed as a rectangular cylindrical canopy, it is desirable to locate it in the lower part. As described above, the upper and lower canopy bones 1a and 1b are fastened in advance from the outside of one side of each of the canopy bones 1a and 1b at appropriate positions at their abutting portions. , 1b are inserted through a through hole provided near the end surface of the rectangular cylindrical outer circumferential surface (tube wall), and are firmly connected with a nut 8 on the other side. The buffer connecting body 7 on the lower side of the lower canopy does not need to be provided, but by interposing the connecting body 7, the present applicant previously proposed Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-47566, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 56 It is effective because it absorbs the vibration of the connecting part as per the gist of the -142751 publication. When carrying out the present invention, when the vicinity of the outer circumferential end surface of the lower hood rib 1b is overlapped with the vicinity of the inner periphery end surface of the upper hood rib 1a, the connection attached to the vehicle frames 2, 2 between normal oncoming vehicles will be used. Lift the lower side of the lower hood bone so that it is slightly above the lower surface position of the hood (in the direction of the arrow in Fig. 2), for example, the lower hood sheet 4.
A plurality of upper and lower canopy bones 1a and 1b are drilled at appropriate intervals so that the bottom surface of the upper and lower canopy bones 1a and 1b can be attached to the upper part of the height of S1 (Figs. 1 to 3).
Select the through hole of the upper and lower side canopy bones S 2 (second to
If the upper and lower side canopy ribs are set (firmly attached) with the fastening bolts at the new position set (as shown in Figure 3), the connecting canopy will move upward from the normal lowermost installation position L-L line S 1
Each of the hood ribs 1, 1 of the hood frames which are suspended and adjacent to each other can be mounted in an inverted bowl shape at a position above the vehicle frames at both ends to form a connected hood. FIG. 4 is a side view of a connecting hood for a vehicle showing an embodiment of the present invention in which the joint state of the upper and lower hood bones is changed. In other words, the connected canopy sheet, which is connected at the abutment part S2 from the above normal installation position L-L line and lifted up by a lifting distance S1 , is further moved to the abutment part S above the abutment part S2 . 4 , select the holes to be drilled on the outer periphery of the upper and lower canopy bones, and lift the lower surface of the lower canopy bone in the center part, lifting it upward in two steps with a distance of S 3 . The upper and lower side canopy bones 1 are made at the contact part S 4 above.
a and 1b can be firmly fixed to each other by a fastening bolt 6, and are formed into canopy ribs 1 and 1 of an integral rectangular cylindrical canopy frame. Fifth
The figure is a sectional view taken along the line X--X in FIG. 1, and FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the Y-Y line in FIG. 1 at the upper and lower hood sheet joints. In the present invention, as in the above embodiment, the lower hood sheet 4 is joined to the inside of the upper and lower hood sheets 3 and inserted into each hood frame of the hood frame, so that even when it rains, there is no leakage from the joint into the connecting hood. The configuration is such that it does not fit. According to the present invention, plugging plugs having an appropriate shape can be inserted (not shown) into the hollow tube end surfaces of each of the upper and lower canopy ribs 1a and 1b. As described above, conventionally, when the upper and lower canopy ribs 1a and 1b are appropriately divided and the canopy bones of the U-shaped canopy frame are joined, the structure of the present invention is covered with a socket (sleeve), and a transparent case provided on the sleeve is used. Compared to the proposed method in which the canopy frame is fastened with a bolt that tightens the hole, the lower canopy bone is connected to the upper canopy bone and can be sequentially moved upward. According to the structure of the present invention, in the middle part of the connecting top between vehicles, the lower part of the lower part of the lower part of the top bone sags more, especially as it goes toward the center part, due to the weight of the top body, and depending on the degree of the lower part of the lower part of the top bone. The upper canopy frame can be attached to the canopy frame at both ends by lifting the upper canopy freely at the required points and fixing the upward U-shaped end edge of the lower canopy bone arbitrarily in the vicinity of the downward U-shaped edge of the upper canopy bone. It is possible to take preventive measures to avoid low contact with the coupler by forming a slightly smaller rectangular cylindrical canopy frame and lifting the bottom surface of the lower canopy sheet. In addition, when replacing or repairing the lower hood sheet, which is severely damaged at the rising part of the connecting part, it is easy to remove by loosening the fastening vault and releasing the fastening between each hood frame and the upper hood frame. can be done. When installing the canopy, if the canopy frame has a rectangular cylindrical canopy structure in which each of the canopy ribs is integral, the joints of the upper and lower canopy sheets between both side parts of the upper canopy sheet and the rising part of the lower canopy sheet. For installation, it must be done inside the canopy of the hollow tube, which is relatively narrow, and in this case,
It is necessary to overlap both end portions of the fixed flexible engagement protrusions (round bars) in the longitudinal direction of both end portions of the upper and lower hood sheets, which inevitably creates a tight fit. In contrast, in the structure of the present invention, in which the upper and lower canopy bones are separated and the canopy bones of independent canopy frames having a canopy sheet inserted into the upper and lower canopy bones are joined to each other, the lower canopy bone of the part corresponding to the damage is connected to the upper and lower canopy bones. The installation can be easily partially replaced in case of emergency. As described above, in the present invention, it is possible to prevent the connected top from sagging, and it is possible to easily repair the lower part and the rising part (corner part) of the top body, which is advantageous in terms of economy and labor. This has extremely effective effects.
