Reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical washing tank which also serves as a dehydration tank, and has a large number of small holes 2 for dehydration in its peripheral wall, and a rotary blade 3 is disposed at its bottom. The rotating direction of the rotary blade 3 changes alternately left and right after stopping. Further, a balance ring 5 having a liquid 4 sealed therein is attached to the mouth edge of the washing tub 1. Reference numeral 6 denotes an outer tub in which the washing tub 1 is housed, and a drive motor 7 for rotating the rotary blade 3 and the washing tub 1 and a bearing case 8 are attached to the bottom of the outer tub. It is suspended from the upper part of the machine frame 11 by a hanging rod 9.

At this time, the dimensions of the laundry container are set so that the base 19 comes into contact with the top of the rotary blade 3.

Then, when water is supplied to a specified water level H and the rotary blade 3 is rotated, a swirling water flow is generated, and this water flow penetrates into the laundry A in the laundry bin 16 to wash it.
At this time, since the laundry container 16 is rotatable by the action of the sliding ring 13, it is rotated in that direction by the swirling water flow. Particularly in this case, since the base 19 of the laundry bin 16 comes into contact with the rotary blades, the base 19 tends to be rotated together with the rotary blades 3, thereby promoting rotation of the laundry bin 16.

Can be done. Moreover, since the laundry A does not come into direct contact with the rotary blade 3, there is no chance of damage to the fabric.

果が得られる。 Further, since the base 19 is in contact with the rotary blades 3, the laundry container 16 tends to rotate faster in the lower part thereof, and as a whole, the lower part is twisted in the direction of rotation. As a result, laundry A will also be twisted,
Adds twist washing action. In the case of the present invention in which the direction of rotation of the rotary blade 3 is alternately changed from left to right, this twisting action is repeated by changing the twisting direction, and a very good effect can be obtained.

不利である。 Here, the rotary blade 3 temporarily stops in order to change its rotation direction, but during this stop, the laundry bin 16
tries to continue rotating while being twisted due to inertia, and if the rotary blades start rotating in the opposite direction without the laundry basket being untwisted while stopped, the laundry basket 16 will be untwisted and then rotated. This means that the laundry bin will be rotated in the opposite direction, making it impossible to rotate the laundry bin as quickly as possible after the rotary blades have rotated, and will also place excessive force on the laundry bin and place a heavy burden on the drive motor 7 of the rotary blades. This is a disadvantage because of the addition of

Therefore, when the rotary blade rotates in the opposite direction, the laundry container can be smoothly rotated in the direction of rotation.

Therefore, if the laundry basket 16 floats up due to buoyancy while the rotary blades are stopped, and the sliding resistance between the rollers 14 and the rails 10 disappears, and the laundry basket no longer experiences any resistance, it will be difficult for the laundry basket to stop rotating. According to the embodiment of the present invention, if the laundry bin 16 rises while the rotor is stopped, the roller 1
4 comes into contact with the outer bottom surface 5' of the balance ring 5 and slides on this surface 5', and the sliding resistance at this time causes the laundry bin to stop quickly, so that the twist can be quickly restored. There is.

After rinsing is completed, the washing tub 1 is rotated at high speed to perform dewatering. At this time, the laundry container 16 tries to float due to centrifugal force, but this floating is also caused by the roller 14 coming into contact with the outer bottom surface 5' of the balance ring. blocked by contact. Also, during this dehydration, laundry container 1
6 is spread along the wall surface of the washing tub due to centrifugal force as shown by the dashed line in FIG. It is distributed along the wall surface, and as a result, dewatering can be carried out smoothly without generating a large eccentric load.

効である。 As described above, according to the present invention, a mesh-like laundry container is horizontally rotatably disposed in the washing tub, large laundry items such as blankets that are easily damaged are placed in the laundry container, and the rotary blade By rotating the washing machine, the laundry can be washed in the swirling water flow generated by the rotating blades without the laundry coming into contact with the rotating blades, that is, without causing damage to the fabric. Moreover, since the laundry bin is designed to rotate by the swirling water stream, the laundry inside the laundry bin also rotates and constantly changes its position, allowing the swirling water stream to penetrate evenly and wash the laundry. . This method is particularly effective for large laundry items, such as blankets, which conventionally lack a fabric circumference, since rotation of the laundry bin generates fabric circumference.

をなすものである。 Furthermore, when the laundry bin rotates, twisting occurs due to the difference in the rotational force applied above and below the laundry bin, which also twists the laundry, adding to the twisting action. In particular, in the present invention, since the rotary blades alternately change their direction of rotation, the twisting and washing action is repeated by changing the twisting direction. Since the setting is set so that the time required for the laundry to untwist is approximately the same as that required for the rotor to return to its original position, the laundry basket can be twisted and rotated as quickly as the rotor rotates, preventing excessive force from being applied to the laundry basket and the drive motor of the rotor. This provides an extremely good twisting and washing action without placing a large burden on the body or wasting time.
