Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、駆動チエンのプツシヤーで搬送用移
動体を移動経路にそつて推進させるようにした搬
送装置で、前記移動経路から進路切替手段を介し
て分岐する分岐経路を備え、必要に応じて搬送用
移動体を分岐経路へ手押し作業等によつて分岐進
入させ得るようにした搬送装置を提供するもので
ある。

続杆10,11,12によつて互に連結して成る
従来周知のものである。13は主移動経路、14
は分岐経路であり、夫々前記搬送用移動体1の各
台車を支持案内する左右一対のガイドレール15
と、その中間下方に配設された駆動チエン案内用
の左右一対のガイドレール16と、前記搬送用移
動体1の荷支持台4,6に設けた左右一対のガイ
ドローラー17を支持する左右一対のガイドレー
ル18とを備えている。19は各台車3,5,
7,9に設けた水平軸ローラー、20は振れ止め
用垂直軸ローラーである。21は主移動経路13
にそつて配設された主駆動チエンであつて、前記
ガイドレール16に支持案内されるトロリー2
2,23が適当間隔おきに取付けられ、搬送用移
動体1に支持される被搬送物25の全長より適当
距離だけ長い間隔でトロリー22にプツシヤー2
4が取付けられ、このプツシヤー24がドツグ2
に係合する事により、搬送用移動体1が一定速度
で推進せしめられる。26は分岐経路14の分岐
点に設けられた進路切替手段であつて従来周知の
ものである。

継駆動チエン28は、区間27の入口において主
駆動チエン21に係合従動する歯輪29にチエン
伝動手段30を介して連動連結する駆動歯輪31
と、テークアツプ用歯輪32との間に掛張され、
搬送用移動体1の第3台車7に軸支した垂直軸ロ
ーラー34を後押しするアンチバツクプツシヤー
33を備えており、主駆動チエン21の約2倍の
速度で搬送用移動体1を推進せしめるように構成
されている。尚、第4図に示すように進路切替手
段26が、分岐経路14内に搬送用移動体1が進
入するように切替えられているときは、中継駆動
チエン28のプツシヤー33によつて後押しされ
る搬送用移動体1は、先頭台車3及び第2台車5
が分岐経路14内に進入する位置B2まで送り出
される。

の間の空間が広くなつているので、作業者は安全
