The elevator configured in this way has a hoisting machine 4
By winding up the rope 3, the cage 1 is raised and lowered. Generally, the hoisting machine 4 with a gear mechanism is
Vibration is generated by the meshing of gears. This vibration causes the rope 3 to vibrate, which generates vibrations and noise in the car frame 2 and the car room 1 that are suspended from the rope 3, and causes discomfort to the passengers inside the car room 1.

As shown in Fig. 2, in the conventional elevator, in order to prevent the vibration of the rope 3 from being transmitted to the car compartment 1, a shaft spring 7 is inserted at the connection point between the rope 3 and the car frame 2, and the vibration of the rope 3 is transmitted to the car compartment. 2 was prevented from being transmitted. However, this conventional means does not have a device for effectively absorbing vibration energy, and therefore has the disadvantage that vibrations generated in the car compartment 1 cannot be sufficiently absorbed.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In this invention, the only difference from the configuration of the prior art is the broken line A in FIG. 1, so only this part will be explained. In FIG. 3, reference numeral 9 denotes a hanging plate to which the rope 3 is attached; 10 and 11 denote a pair of converting parts; the first and second converting parts are hinged, for example, with pins at intermediate parts 10a and 11a;
2 is a hinge part 1 which is an intermediate part between the first and second conversion parts.
A compression spring connects 0a and 11a, 13 is a hydraulic damper inserted into compression spring 12, and 14 is a nut for fixing compression spring 12. The compression spring 12 and the hydraulic damper 13 constitute a shock absorber. The first and second conversion parts 10 and 11 are rotatable link mechanisms supported by pins on the hanging plate 9 and the car frame 2. It is movable in a direction, for example in an up-down direction. In the figure, an arrow R indicates a direction in which the car frame 2 moves up and down, and an arrow S indicates a direction perpendicular to this direction.

In the elevator equipped with the vibration prevention device configured as described above, when an excitation force is applied from the rope 3 to the hanging plate 9 for some reason, the hanging plate 9 vibrates in the direction of arrow R (first vibration). The first and second converters 10 and 11 convert vibrations in the direction of arrow R into vibrations in the direction of arrow S (second vibration) perpendicular thereto. At this time, the first and second hinge parts 10a, 11a
The directions of the vibrations applied to are opposite to each other. The vibration in the direction of arrow S is caused by the vibration of the first and second hinge parts 10.
The compression spring 12 and the hydraulic damper 13, which are incorporated to connect the elements a and 11a, convert the energy into kinetic energy and thermal energy, canceling out the excitation force and attenuating it, thereby preventing the vibration from being transmitted to the car frame 2. It can be prevented. Further, according to the present invention, the compression type spring 1 can be easily removed using the nut 14 during assembly adjustment and maintenance inspection.
Vibration can be easily adjusted by simply replacing 2.

As described above, according to the present invention, a rope for raising and lowering a car frame, a hanging plate to which this rope is fixed,
It is hinged at the middle part, and is rotatably attached to one end to the suspension plate and the other end to the car frame, and converts the first vibration in the vertical direction of the car frame into the second vibration in the direction perpendicular to this and in the opposite direction. By providing a pair of converting parts that convert, and a shock absorber having both ends connected between the intermediate parts of the pair of converting parts and having a spring and a hydraulic or friction damper that damps the second vibration of the intermediate part, the rope can be converted into a car. Vibration transmitted to the frame can be converted into kinetic energy and thermal energy to prevent it, providing an elevator with good ride comfort, and the simple structure facilitates assembly, adjustment, and maintenance.
