型枠用セパレータに関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a flat plate-shaped locking portion between the adjacent abutting surfaces of each of the adjacent molds of opposing molds, so that the separator can also join the adjacent molds together. This invention relates to a joint-type concrete formwork separator that can be attached to a frame.

Also, since the length of the separator is longer than the distance between the opposing formworks, in order to avoid the hassle of installing them, the opposing formworks on both sides are stacked one layer at a time.
We had no choice but to adopt a method of inserting separators. Furthermore, in this case, the distance between the opposing formworks had to be set and adjusted each time a separator was attached, resulting in poor construction efficiency.

パレータを提供することを目的とする。 The present invention is capable of assembling opposing formworks on both sides separately, and easily connecting the opposing formworks on both sides, and even when the opposing formworks on both sides are assembled separately. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a joint type concrete formwork expandable separator that can arbitrarily adjust the distance between opposing formworks.
上記目的を達成する為に、次の構成を用いる。 In order to achieve the above purpose, the following configuration is used.

An intermediate bar having a connector fitted into a groove screwed onto both ends, a through hole provided in the connector, and a direction along the longitudinal direction of the connector and the connecting part. and pins that pass through holes provided at appropriate intervals to removably connect the two.

In addition, since the connection between the connector and the connecting portion only needs to be inserted from the side, the connection is easy, and a simple strong connection structure such as a pin connection can be formed.

Distance can be adjusted arbitrarily.

In the joint A, which is bent into the shape of a square and is hardened while being formed in the continuous portion 2 for the connector 3, which will be described later, and also serves as a reinforcing recess,
A hole 1' for connecting to the adjacent formworks 5, 5 is formed by punching in the locking part 1, and a pair of holes 2' for inserting a connecting pin are formed in opposite side wall portions of the connecting part 2. , 2' are formed in plural pairs at appropriate intervals along the longitudinal direction. 3 is a suitable pair of holes 2', 2', . . .
This intermediate bar end connector is connected to the reinforcing recessed portion of the connecting portion 2 from above through a connecting pin 4 with a head that is detachably inserted into the connecting portion 2′. As shown in the figure, this connector 3 is connected to the connecting portion 2.
It has a width approximately equal to the distance between the inner surfaces of the pair of side walls facing each other across the U-shaped groove, and when inserted into the U-shaped groove, it is particularly suitable as shown in FIG. As shown, the left and right outer surfaces are both in contact with the inner surface of the opposite side wall of the U-shaped groove,
and a through hole 4' through which the connecting pin 4 is inserted.
At the same time, a female threaded hole 3'' is formed in the shaft core portion on the opposite side of the locking portion 1 with respect to the through hole 4'.
