In the conventional tiling method, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a primer 2, which serves as a base treatment, is applied to the surface of a body 1, such as concrete, plywood, or stone, which constitutes the outer surface of the structure. Next, an acrylic resin intermediate agent 3 is applied thereon. Further, a mortar 4 is applied on the intermediate agent 3, and after drying the mortar 4, a tile 6 is pasted on the mortar 4 using a pasting mortar 5.

However, according to the conventional tiling method, mortar is applied to the outside of the intermediate material, and tiles are pasted on the outside of the mortar, so a large amount of weight is placed on the intermediate material. It will peel off. In addition, the tiles may become loose due to the shrinkage of the shell, or cracks may occur in the shell, and the cracks may extend to the surface of the tiles. As a result, there was a risk that tiles, mortar, etc. would peel off. In addition, since there are many steps and a drying step, it is troublesome and uneconomical.

An object of the present invention is to provide a cushion tiling method that is safe and easy to install without causing tiles to peel off due to lifting or cracking of the tiles. In order to achieve the above object, the cushion tiling method of the present invention involves applying asphalt latex, which serves as a tufting material, to the surface of the slats of the foundation structure, and then applying silica sand and portland cement, which are the main components, on top of the asphalt latex. The method involves applying tiles using a cement admixture.

The present invention will be further described below based on embodiments shown in the drawings. 2 to 4 are process diagrams showing the cushion tiling method. Reference numeral 11 in the figure is a spider. The frame 11 is made of concrete, mortar, etc. that constitutes the outer surface of the structure.
These are plywood boards, stone boards, etc. In the construction method according to the present invention, asphalt latex 12 is first applied to the surface of the scaffold 11 (see FIG. 2). Asphal latex 12 is an emulsion containing 20% by weight of aqueous asphalt and 80% by weight of SBR (butadiene-styrene rubber) latex, and is used as a cushion material. The asphalt latex 12 is applied to a thickness of 1 to 5 mm depending on the type of body 11. Next, a cement admixture 13 is applied onto the asphalt latex 12 (see FIG. 3). The cement admixture 13 is a mortar paste containing special admixtures that are mainly composed of Portland cement and silica sand, and slightly added with silicate lime gel, methylcellulose, and polyvinyl alcohol. The cement admixture 13 has viscosity and does not drip after being applied, and is used to stick the tiles 14 (fourth
(see figure).

According to the cushion tiling method according to the present invention, the asphalt latex coated on the frame absorbs the cracking stress caused by the contraction of the frame and does not spread it to the surface. Furthermore, the cement admixture allows tiles to be reliably adhered to asphalt latex with a smooth surface due to the adhesive properties of the special admixture.

Therefore, according to the present invention, asphalt latex, which serves as a cushioning material, is applied to the frame and then the tiles are pasted with a cement admixture, so the cracks that occur in the frame do not appear on the tile surface, and the tiles Since there is no effect on the tiles, the tiles will not peel off, improving safety and maintaining waterproofness. In addition, the tile pasting process is shortened, the conventional primer coating and mortar coating processes can be omitted, shortening the construction period, and there is no drying process, which reduces labor costs and reduces costs.
