【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は角筒状の外鍋に有底筒状の内鍋を内装
し円環状の電気ヒーターにて前記内鍋を加熱する
電気炊飯器に関し、特に御飯に炊きムラを生ずる
ことなく均一に且短時間で炊き上げることを目的
とする。

設けた有底円筒状の内鍋と、該内鍋の挿入時に内
鍋の外底壁と外鍋の内底壁間に形成される空間内
に配設した電気ヒーターとから構成されている。
この電気炊飯器は電気ヒーターの輻射熱により内
鍋の外底壁及び外側壁より加熱して炊飯を行なう
ものであり内鍋内の御飯全体が均一に炊き上げる
ことができることは周知である。ところが、近年
所謂台所用の電気製品が増加し台所の利用空間が
狭くなり、スペースの有効利用及び台所の備品に
調和せしめる必要があつた。即ち、台所用は勿論
のこと家庭用の家具及びワゴン等は全て方形状と
なつているために総合的な調和を計るためには電
気製品も角型にすることが望ましい。この様な目
的を基にフレームと外鍋及び内鍋を角型と環状の
電気ヒーターにて空間を介して内鍋を加熱するも
のがあるが、炊き上がり後において、内鍋の隅角
部側に位置する御飯は第5図の点線の様に炊きム
ラを生じ美味しさを欠くものとなつた。

ム、3は該フレーム内に設けた角筒状の外鍋、4
は該外鍋内に挿脱自在に設けられた有底筒状の内
鍋で、第3図及び第4図に示す如く上部側壁を角
筒状とし側壁の比較的下方から底壁に向かい絞り
加工により大きな曲面5,5,5,5を形成して
底壁を円形に形成している。6は前記内鍋4を外
鍋3に収納した時に夫々の側壁間に形成される僅
少の環状空間、7は内鍋4を外鍋3に収納した時
に夫々の底壁間に形成される加熱空間、8は前記
外鍋3の内底部に露呈して設けた円環状の電気ヒ
ーターで、前記加熱空間内に位置せしめ、その端
子部9,9を外鍋3の一平面部に配設している。
10は前記フレーム2と外鍋3間に介装した断熱
材、11は一側を前記鍋本体1に枢支し他側を掛
止自在とした角型の蓋体、12は前記フレーム2
と外鍋3の開口部周縁を嵌合固定した枠形のフレ
ームカバー、13はフレーム2の一側壁に設けた
操作パネルである。

4の底壁と電気ヒーター8とは夫々の形状が円形
となることから内鍋の底壁は均一に加熱されるこ
とは勿論のこと内鍋4の隅角部側は輻射熱による
熱気は曲面に沿つて滑らかに環状空間6内を加熱
するため炊きムラがなくなる。従つて、第5図の
様に御飯の上層部は全面が同一高さとなる。

た内鍋の円形の底壁を加熱するために該内鍋の上
部側の隅角部及び底部を効率よく加熱することが

り電気ヒーターの輻射熱を効果的に環状空間側に
導き熱気の流動を促進し内鍋の平面部及び隅角部
を均一な熱伝導状態として短時間で炊き上げるこ
とができる。
