本発明は太陽熱集熱用のコレクタを搬送する際
その梱包材として防水板を使用し、かつ該コレク
タを屋根上に設置するときにはその防水板をコレ
クタ取付用の下地を形成するのに流用する太陽熱

てきたが、該段ボール紙からなる箱体は極めて破
損しやすく、従つてコレクタにも不用意な荷重が
作用しコレクタを破損、変形する等搬送時に生じ
るトラブルの原因となつていた。又該段ボール紙
からなる箱体は施工現場においては無為に廃却さ

コレクタ取付方法の提供を目的とし以下その一実

本発明の方法はコレクタ取付孔２を予設した防
水板３を予めコレクタ１０に予着しておくもので
あり、該防水板３は、例えば第２図に示す、円筒
部４の下面に六角ナツト部５を連設しかつ円筒部
４に有底の螺孔６を設けたつば付ナツト７を、該
防水板３に設けた段付き孔９に、その六角ナツト
部５を裏面に位置させて取付けており、従つて本
実施例ではコレクタ取付孔２は前記螺孔６により
形成されている。防水板３はコレクタ１０の外周
寸度とほぼ等しい大きさに設定され従つて第３図
に示すごとく、コレクタ１０は、その側壁に設け
られたＬ字状の脚片１２の透孔１３を通るボルト
１４を、前記コレクタ取付孔２に螺入し仮止めす
ることによつて防水板３に取付けられる。その結
果防水板３はコレクタ１０の梱包材として機能し
該コレクタ１０の搬送時における衝撃を緩和しか
つ障害物との衝合を減じうるとともに、該防水板
３は施工現場に搬入した後、ボルト１４を取外し
コレクタ１０と防水板３とを分離しかつ防水板３
を野地板１７上に敷設されるアスフアルトルーフ
イング１９上に載置することにより、防水板３は
コレクタ１０取付用の防水性を有する下地２０を
形成できる。なお本実施例では下地２０即ち防水
板３上には、第１の防水シート２２をかぶせた
上、コレクタ１０を取付ける。下地２０には前記
のごとくコレクタ取付孔２が穿設され従つてコレ
クタ１０は該コレクタ取付孔２を用いて所定位置
に正しく位置決めしつつ、取付片１２およびボル
ト１４を用いて正しく取付けることができる。な
お第４図において２２，２６はコレクタ１０の両
側および上縁に近接して配置される下地桟であつ
て、その上に第２の防水シート２７を下地桟２
５，２６の形状に沿つて添着することによりその

運搬途上における損傷を著減する一方、防水性を
有する下地を安価に形成でき、又取付の位置決め
を容易とする。なお該防水板を野地板下方から防
水板を上方に突出することなく例えばネジ止めに
より固定することによつて、コレクタは野地板を
何ら貫通することなしに取付けることも可能とな
