本発明は太陽熱集熱用のコレクタを搬送する際
その梱包材として防水板を使用し、かつ該コレク
タを屋根上に設置するときにはその防水板をコレ
クタ取付用の下地を形成するのに流用する太陽熱

てきたが、該段ボール紙からなる箱体は極めて破
損しやすく、従つてコレクタにも不用意な荷重が
作用しコレクタを破損、変形する等搬送時に生じ
るトラブルの原因となつていた。又該段ボール紙
からなる箱体は施工現場においては無為に廃却さ

コレクタ取付方法の提供を目的とし以下その一実

本発明の方法はコレクタ取付孔2を予設した防
水板3を予めコレクタ10に予着しておくもので
あり、該防水板3は、例えば第2図に示す、円筒
部4の下面に六角ナツト部5を連設しかつ円筒部
4に有底の螺孔6を設けたつば付ナツト7を、該
防水板3に設けた段付き孔9に、その六角ナツト
部5を裏面に位置させて取付けており、従つて本
実施例ではコレクタ取付孔2は前記螺孔6により
形成されている。防水板3はコレクタ10の外周
寸度とほぼ等しい大きさに設定され従つて第3図
に示すごとく、コレクタ10は、その側壁に設け
られたL字状の脚片12の透孔13を通るボルト
14を、前記コレクタ取付孔2に螺入し仮止めす
ることによつて防水板3に取付けられる。その結
果防水板3はコレクタ10の梱包材として機能し
該コレクタ10の搬送時における衝撃を緩和しか
つ障害物との衝合を減じうるとともに、該防水板
3は施工現場に搬入した後、ボルト14を取外し
コレクタ10と防水板3とを分離しかつ防水板3
を野地板17上に敷設されるアスフアルトルーフ
イング19上に載置することにより、防水板3は
コレクタ10取付用の防水性を有する下地20を
形成できる。なお本実施例では下地20即ち防水
板3上には、第1の防水シート22をかぶせた
上、コレクタ10を取付ける。下地20には前記
のごとくコレクタ取付孔2が穿設され従つてコレ
クタ10は該コレクタ取付孔2を用いて所定位置
に正しく位置決めしつつ、取付片12およびボル
ト14を用いて正しく取付けることができる。な

側および上縁に近接して配置される下地桟であつ
て、その上に第2の防水シート27を下地桟2

運搬途上における損傷を著減する一方、防水性を
有する下地を安価に形成でき、又取付の位置決め
を容易とする。なお該防水板を野地板下方から防
水板を上方に突出することなく例えばネジ止めに
より固定することによつて、コレクタは野地板を
何ら貫通することなしに取付けることも可能とな
