口である吐出ノズルとを備えた分岐供給装置と、
該分岐供給装置の各吐出ノズルに対応して設ける
ことによりノズルから吐出した食肉素材を入れる
型枠に設けたモールド板と、前記ノズルから吐出
して型枠に連続して入れた食肉素材を分離切断す
るために前記吐出ノズルと型枠間に設けたスライ
ドカツターを備えた成形装置と、該成形装置のス
ライドカツターで型枠に合わせて定容積・定形状
に成形した成形済の食肉素材を前記モールド板の
型枠から取り出す取出装置とからなる塊状食肉素
材の定容積・定形状切断装置である。ここで塊状
食肉素材は、牛肉、豚肉、鶏肉等で筋肉繊維など
の素材特徴を損なわないものをいい、ペースト
状、またはひき肉状のものは除かれる。また、原
料移送装置は供給口から食肉素材を押出機の押し
出しにより順次圧送するようにしたものを用いる
か、或いは添付図面に示す供給口から複数の供給
皿を備えた原料供給台に塊状食肉素材を充填し、
これを順次圧送する食肉素材押出手段を備えたも
の、例えば、平行溝を有する原料供給皿に塊状食
品素材を入れ、これを原料を移送する方向とはク

Claims (1)
から次に接続する圧送管へ定圧で順次圧送する食
肉素材押出手段を前記供給口の手前に備えた原料
移送装置と、該原料移送装置の食肉素材押出手段
により前記圧送管で圧送した食肉素材を分離切断
するカツターを前記圧送管に備えた切断装置と、
該切断装置により分離切断した食肉素材を各別に
搬送するようにした前記圧送管に連設する複数の
多岐管と、該各多岐管の出口である吐出ノズルと
を備えた分岐供給装置と、該分岐供給装置の各吐
出ノズルに対応して設けることによりノズルから
吐出した食肉素材を入れる型枠を設けたモールド
板と、前記ノズルから吐出して型枠に連続して入
れた食肉素材を分離切断するために前記吐出ノズ
ルと型枠間に設けたスライドカツターを備えた成
形装置と、該成形装置のスライドカツターで型枠
に合わせて定容積・定形状に成形した成形済の食
肉素材を前記モールド板の型枠から取り出す取出
装置とからなる塊状食肉素材の定容積・定形状切
断装置。1.
