When stringing, a stringing device such as a rope broom for stringing new cocoon strings attaches new cocoons to grain-bearing strings, and when separating them from the grain-bearing threads, the strings are lifted up. The purpose of this invention is to prevent the occurrence of a situation in which the cord of another cocoon with grains is entangled and the cord is torn off from the grain-bearing cocoon.

To attach a cord to a cocoon with grains, a cord broom at the tip of a swinging arm suspended from a support arm is moved in a circular trajectory around the cone formed by the grain-bearing cocoon and its cord thread. The rope was rotated and swung periodically toward grain attachment, and the new cocoon thread that had been taken out with the cording broom was attached. Because the trajectory when approaching the thread is the same as the trajectory when leaving the thread with grains attached after being attached,
There have also been cases where the string that has already been tied and is being reeled is torn off from the grain attachment and removed.

にした。 Therefore, in the method of the present invention, when attaching a new cocoon to the grain-bearing yarn during reeling using a cording broom, the trajectory of the cording broom when it approaches the grain-bearing yarn and the trajectory when it leaves the grain-bearing yarn are determined. The trajectory was changed so that after the stringing, the stringing broom moves away from the string of the grained cocoon, unlike the trajectory before stringing, and then swings downward and returns to its original position.

50を通して捲き取られる。 In FIG. 2, when the cord member 30 is in position A, it hangs vertically from the cord rod 31 to the tip of the support arm 28 (FIG. 4), and at this time, the cord broom 33 is at the tip. is immersed in the reeling bath and brought into contact with new cocoons or cocoons that have not been coed out among the new cocoons or fallen cocoons floating on the surface of the reeling bath. As the support arm 28 rotates, the rope broom 32 moves in an arcuate trajectory centered on the hollow shaft 23 until it approaches the position B in FIG.
Near position B in the figure, the cable rod 31 is connected to the guide bar 42.
come into contact with. As the guide bar 42 approaches the C position from the B position, the distance from the hollow shaft 23 gradually decreases, so that the cord rod 31 gradually becomes closer to the cord broom 33.
is taken out of the reeling bath, the tip is raised as shown by lines a to b in FIG. 4, and the cord broom 33 approaches the grained cocoon 70 being reeled. Then, when leaving the reeling bath, since the cord of the new cocoon is entangled in the rope broom 33, the cord of the new cocoon is pulled out and the cord 7 of the cocoon with grains 70 is removed.
By approaching the above-mentioned cord broom and moving in an arc, the cord thread is entangled obliquely on the surface of the cone formed by the cord broom. Then, at position B in FIG. 2, the cord broom 33 rises the most and is positioned above the lower end of the thread threading tube 50, thus completing the cord splicing. The attached cord is wound up together with the cord 71 of the grained cocoon 70 through the thread threading tube 50.

Then, the cord member 30 is stopped in a state where the pin 38 that pivotally supports the cord rod 31 is fitted into the recess 36 at the end of the elongated hole 35. (Fig. 4) In this state, when the cord member 30 is rotated and passes the D position and comes near the A position, the guide bar 42 disappears, so the cord rod 31 that was supported by the guide bar 42 until then is removed from the cord. Turn the broom 33 in the direction of dropping (Fig. 4) and immerse the cord broom 33 into the reeling bath, but the cord rod 31

The cording broom that returns to its original position after stringing may re-hook the string attached to the grain-bearing cocoon and cause it to separate from the grain-bearing cocoon, or the grain-bearing cocoon is being rolled up during reeling. It is possible to prevent occurrences such as cutting the thread and causing thread failure.
