It's been coming. However, the latent heat storage material is flexible because it is a liquid when storing heat, but loses its flexibility when it releases heat and becomes solid. As the temperature further decreases, the hardness increases. As a personal warming device, loss of flexibility is fatal. In order to solve this problem, the heat storage material enclosure was divided into several sections as shown in FIG. In other words, Figure 1, Figure 2
In the figure, a heating device 1 is covered with a heat insulating material (not shown), and a heat storage material 3 is enclosed in a flexible plastic film or a film 2 made by laminating a plastic film and a metal foil.
Reference numeral 4 indicates a connection portion provided by heat sealing or adhesion of the film 2, and reference numeral 5 indicates a container in which a heat storage material 3 formed of the film 2 is sealed.

However, in this configuration, since the container requires a space for enclosing the heat storage material, tensile stress is applied to the film 2, which is the material forming the container. In particular, stress will be concentrated on the boundary 6. Therefore, if the boundary 6 is repeatedly bent, a crack will occur in this part,
There was a problem with the heat storage material leaking.

Note that the same members as in FIGS. 1 and 2 are given the same numbers. In FIGS. 3 and 4, the heat storage material 3 is sealed in a container 5, which is formed by heat-sealing or bonding a part of a film 2 made by laminating a pair of flexible films or plastic films and metal foil. ing. The container 5 in which the heat storage material 3 is sealed is laterally connected by a connecting part 4. A feature of the present invention is that the connecting portion is composed of a bonded portion 7 by heat sealing or adhesion and an unbonded portion 8, and the unbonded portion 8
is a point located between the adhesive parts 7 and continuously provided along the container 5.

を良くすることができる。 In this configuration, when an external force is applied, flexibility is maintained at the boundary 6 between the container 5 and the connecting part 4 and at the boundary 9 between the bonded part 7 and the non-bonded part 8 of the connecting part 4. Therefore, in the present invention, the boundary 6
Since the stress applied to the heat storage material is reduced, repeated stress will not cause cracks and leakage of the heat storage material. Furthermore, since flexibility is maintained at both the boundary 6 and the boundary 9 as described above, the flexibility can be improved compared to the conventional case.

ことができる。 Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described using FIG. The difference in FIG. 5 from the previous embodiment is that the containers 5 are connected vertically and horizontally,
According to this configuration, the unbonded portion 8 is provided parallel to the arrayed containers 5. On the other hand, the boundary 6 between the container 5 and the adhesive part 7 is in the direction in which the containers 5 are arranged.
They are on the same line via the adhesive part 7 of the connecting part 4. Therefore, in this configuration, when bending stress is applied, the bonded portion 7 acts as resistance, making it difficult to bend at the boundary 6. However, since the boundary 9 can be easily bent since there is no place that acts as resistance, in the case of this embodiment, most of the bending stress is applied to the boundary 9.
Flexibility is maintained and damage at the boundary 6 can be prevented.

Since the other parts are not bonded, the stress that occurs when wearing it on the body and acting can be absorbed at both the boundary between the container and the connecting part and the boundary between the bonded part and the unbonded part of the connecting part. Not only is the flexibility increased, but the stress applied to the boundary between the container and the connecting portion is greatly alleviated, so the container will not be damaged and the heat storage material will not leak out.
