でに出来上つている2階の梁材を有効に利用し
て、特別な鉄筋足場などを必要とせずに、地中梁
の配筋組立作業を簡単に行なうことができる。し
かも、吊り金具にはターンバツクルが設けられ、
その長さが調節できるように構成されているの
で、配筋の施工精度をも向上させることができ、
結局、工数と工材の大幅な削減によるコストダウ
ン、ならびに工期の短縮を図り得るとともに、施
