5aとの間の隙間の内端から外端に向けて流れ直
管4,4の表面に露呈するために、隙間全域に溶
融された溶材6,6が充填されると共に、この充
填を外部から確認でき、U字管5と直管5,5と

間の内端から外端に向けて流れ直管の表面に露呈
するために、隙間全域に溶融された溶材が充填さ
れると共に、この充填を外部から確認でき、U字
