しかし、従来のブラウン管用封止機は、ブラウン
管を保持する架台と、電子銃を保持し上下動する
マウントピンを有するヘツドを備えており、品種
切換に対してはヘツド全体を交換する方法がとら
れているので、ヘツド交換および調整には多大の
時間、例えば2〜3時間を必要とする。このた
め、従来の装置は少量多品種生産には不向きで、
もつぱら専用機として用いられるので、稼動率が
著しく低くかつ多数の設備を必要とする欠点があ
つた。

設けられた支持板14の軸受部14aに回転自在
に支承されている。支持板14はテーブル15上
に固定された支柱16の上端に固定されている。

間に行なえ、装置稼動率の向上が図れると共に、
少量多品種生産に好適である。
