ら供給し、供給孔3aとすり込み孔4aとが一致
した状態で第1図aに示す如く押し棒7が下降
し、菓子生地5が供給孔3aならびにすり込み孔
4a内において例えば円柱の如く、柱状物5aと
して成型される。この成型時に、菓子生地5にあ
まり押圧力を加えると、押し棒によつて菓子生地
中の切断片が破壊され、菓子の風味が損なわれ、
押し棒によつて上側から押さえる程度にとどめ
る。
