It detected this, magnified it, opened and closed the contacts, and controlled the electrical circuit. However, this physical method requires a certain length of heat-sensitive material, a space corresponding to the length of the heat-sensitive part, and the difference in expansion itself is small, so accurate control is difficult. There were some unexpected flaws.

The terminal of the control circuit 10 is connected to the terminal of the control circuit 10, and the sheathed heater 5 is energized. The temperature inside the pressure cooker 1 rises, and the temperature of the heat-sensitive piece 6, sensor case 7, and sensor 8 also rises in proportion to it. When the temperature approaches the set temperature, the sensor 8 detects the temperature, transmits a signal to the control circuit 10, starts controlling the heat generation of the sheathed heater 5, and controls the cooking pressure by controlling the temperature inside the pot to the set temperature. Since the sensor case 7 is inserted into the hole of the heat-sensitive piece 6, which accurately indicates the temperature inside the pan, the sensor 8 can accurately detect the temperature inside the pan.

In order to accurately detect the temperature of the heat-sensitive piece, the sensor case is made cylindrical so that it can be inserted into the hole provided in the heat-sensitive piece, and the sensor case and control case are connected using separate sensor pipes. The temperature of the controlled object can be detected accurately, and the temperature of the controlled object can be reliably controlled.
