The present invention solves the problems of the conventional method and provides a method for producing beautiful mesh knitted fabrics at low cost. The gist of the invention is to form knitted fabrics using a double knitting machine. When doing so, set the needles on either the dial side or the cylinder side to the needle removal state every one or several needles, and set the needles on the other side to the needle removal state three or more times on the needle removal side, then hold them with the rib. This feature lies in the manufacturing method of mesh knitted fabric.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. The figure is a tissue diagram of the mesh knitted fabric according to the present invention.
The threads A supplied are tacked every other thread by dial needles 10, and all are knitted by cylinder needles 20. At the yarn feeders 2 and 3, the yarns B and C fed in the same manner as the yarn feeder 1 are tacked every other yarn by dial needles 10 and are all knitted by cylinder needles 20 at the same time. At yarn feeder 4, every other dial needle 1
0 and all of the yarn D fed to the cylinder needle 20 is knitted.

That is, according to the method of the present invention, the tacked loops 5, tacked with the same needle at the yarn feeders 1, 2, and 3, respectively.
When the threads 6 and 7 are held down by the knit loops 8 at the yarn feeder 4, the needles on both sides of the tack loops are removed, so that they spread in the transverse direction and a beautiful mesh fabric can be obtained.

As described above, according to the method of the present invention, mesh knitted fabrics, which conventionally required special knitting machines and equipment and had very poor productivity, can be produced at low cost and with high productivity. It is possible to produce beautiful mesh knitted fabrics that are not found in mesh fabrics.

In addition, by using the cylinder side as the needle removal side and removing the needles using a Jiyaguard needle selection and performing tack needle selection, it is also possible to produce mesh knitted fabrics with a wide variety of sizes.

In the present invention, the greater the number of tucks, the greater the mesh effect, but depending on the yarn used,
It may break after about 3 times, but if it doesn't happen more than 3 times, the mesh effect will be small.

Example A, B, C, and D in the figure were created using a 20G double knitting machine.
A mesh knitted fabric was made using 150 denier polyester false-twisted yarn as the yarn, with the same structure as shown in the figure, and the number of tucks was 3 times. The knitting machine rotated at the same speed as knitting ordinary plain knitted fabrics, and it was possible to knit beautiful mesh fabrics.
