(Problems with the background technology) In the case of the conventional method described above, the undiluted solution of the foam insulation material is injected only from a designated place called the injection port. It is difficult to spread the foam evenly, so the amount of the undiluted solution used is increased, thereby filling the entire inside of the box shell with the foamed heat insulating material. However, according to this method, there is a problem that the material cost increases because a large amount of undiluted foam insulation material is used, which increases the cost of the product. Also, the density of the filled foam insulation material is not uniform, so There was even a problem that the heat insulation effect was uneven.

(Summary of the Invention) The present invention involves tilting a box shell consisting of an outer box and an inner box, and injecting an undiluted solution of foam insulation material from the upper inner box so as to collide with the inner wall surface of the outer box. After that, the box shell is returned to a horizontal position and the foam insulation material is filled between the outer box and the inner box. In other words, the foam insulation material is widely dispersed and then the foam insulation material is spread even further. It is characterized in that it is spread evenly and foamed in this state.

(Embodiment of the Invention) An embodiment applied to the method of manufacturing a refrigerator body of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, in Figs. 1 and 2, 1 is a box shell, 2 is an outer box thereof, and 3 is a refrigerator compartment housing that is housed inside the outer box 2 and connected to the outer box 2 by a flange at the front edge. Inner box, 4
is an inner box for a freezer compartment which is housed in an outer box 2 together with an inner box 3 for a refrigerator compartment and is also connected to the outer box 2 by a flange on the front edge. An injection port 5 is formed approximately in the center of the bottom corner. As shown in Fig. 3, the box shell 1 constructed in this manner is placed in an inclined state at an angle θ by either raising its bottom portion or lowering its top portion, and in this state is placed at the top. An injection head 6 is connected to the injection port 5.
The stock solution 7 of the foamed heat insulating material is injected from the head 6 through the injection port 5 with such force that it collides with the inner wall surface of the outer box 2 (in the case of this embodiment, the inner surface of the bottom plate 3a). By doing this, the stock solution 7 of the foamed heat insulating material is first dispersed by colliding with the inner wall surface of the outer box 1, particularly in the left and right flow sides, and in this dispersed state, it is then moved into the box shell 1. Outer box 2 along the entire slope
As shown by the arrow in the figure, it flows down the back side of the body and reaches the opposite end. Therefore, after this, the box shell 1 is returned to the horizontal state at 0 degrees or approximately 0 degrees as shown in FIG. 4, and the foamed insulation material 7 is foamed.
The foamed heat insulating material 7' can be uniformly filled throughout the interior, that is, between the outer box 1 and the inner box 2.

In addition, the injection port 5 is formed at the top corner of the inner box 4 for the freezer compartment, and the foamed heat insulating material is poured from the injection port 5 in an inclined state opposite to that described above, in which the portion is raised or the bottom portion is lowered. The stock solution 7 may also be injected.
Further, the box shell 1 tilted in this manner may begin returning to the horizontal state from the point of injection of the foamed insulation material stock solution 7, and furthermore, the injection port 5 may be connected to the inner box 3.
Alternatively, they may be formed at the corners of the back plate, respectively.

In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, but can be used as a manufacturing method for general insulation boxes other than refrigerator bodies, such as heating cabinet bodies, etc. It may be implemented with appropriate changes within the scope of the above.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, the stock solution of the foam insulation material can be widely dispersed and then foamed in a state where it is sufficiently spread over a further distance. It is possible to uniformly fill the entire material with a small amount of undiluted solution, thereby making it possible to reduce material costs and product costs, and also to obtain an even insulation effect.
The injection port provided for injecting the raw solution of the foam insulation material can be used as a hole for attaching other parts such as shelf fixing tools after injection. In other words, the shelf is fixed to the lid that closes the injection port. It has various excellent effects such as being able to use parts for other purposes such as tools.
