ーナの燃焼制御装置を提供することを目的とする

る燃焼空気量調整値指示装置を設けたことを特徴
とする穀物乾燥機におけるバーナの燃焼制御装置

り、これによつてバーナへの燃焼空気量調整装置
が構成されている。すなわち、上記開口度調整環
6はバーナモータ3のケーシングに回動自在に嵌
装され、かつその斜めの案内溝7が固定ピン8に
係合されていて、開口度調整環6を回動させるこ
とにより、それが前後に移動するものである。9

量調整レバー9は開口度調整環6と一体に取付け

よい。上記燃焼量制御装置14は、乾燥温度設定
回路16、演算回路17およびポンプ流量制御回
路18を備えており、乾燥温度設定回路16は張
込量センサ12および外気温度センサ11からの
入力信号を受け、穀物の張込量と外気温度に基づ
いて適正な乾燥温度を設定し、それに応じた出力
信号を演算回路17に入力させるものであり、演
算回路17は、乾燥温度設定回路16および熱風
温度センサ13からの出力信号を受けてポンプ流
量制御回路18に制御信号を送出するものであ
る。そして、演算回路17は、熱風温度を設定乾
燥温度に保持せしめるべくポンプ流量を算出する
動作をする。19はバーナ1へ燃料油を供給する
燃料ポンプである。また、上記燃焼空気量調整値
指示装置15は、演算回路20および指示調整値
の表示器21とで構成されており、演算回路20
はポンプ流量制御回路18から燃料供給量による
信号および前記外気温度センサ11からの温度信
号を受けて、バーナ1の適正な燃焼空気量を算出
し、前記開口度調整環6と一体の燃焼空気量調整
レバー9の調整位置を指示する信号を表示器21
に入力させる。そして、この表示器21に例えば

デジタル表示させるものである。また、上記燃焼
空気量調整値指示装置15と併せて燃焼空気量自
動調整装置22を設けてもよい。この燃焼空気量
自動調整装置22は、バーナ1の燃焼空気取入口

示せず)を駆動するギヤードモータ23およびそ
の制御回路24とによつて構成されており、演算
回路20から入力する制御信号により、バーナ1
への燃料供給量および外気温度に基づいて燃焼空
気量が自動的に調整されるようになつている。こ
の場合の演算回路20は燃焼空気量の調整値を算

示装置15では、燃焼量に応じ、かつ外気温度セ
ンサ11で検出された外気温度によつて補正され
た燃焼空気量の調整指示値がデジタル表示として
表示器21に段階的に表示される。そこで、燃焼
空気量調整レバー9を上記表示器21に表示され
た数値と一致する目盛板10の数値目盛に合わせ
る操作を行えば、バーナ1に燃焼量および外気温
度に応じた適正な燃焼空気量に調整することがで
きる。また、10数時間にわたる穀物の乾燥中にお
いて、上記表示器21にデジタル表示された燃焼
空気量の調整指示値を読むのみで点検時に燃焼状
態が的確に把握でき、乾燥中に乾燥状態の修正調
整切に行うことができて、穀物を胴割れを起こす
ことなく、しかも効率よく乾燥することができ
