Wiring work is troublesome because the protection tube must be inserted from one end of the cable in advance, and if the protection tube is to cover only the necessary points such as bends or intersections, it is necessary to insert the protection tube in the number of necessary points. Special attention must be paid to the required number of protective tubes during the wiring work, since additional protective tubes must be inserted in case they are not previously inserted into the cable.

1 and 2 are semi-tubular bodies each having a plurality of half-ring bodies 3 and 4 connected by a mountain-shaped connecting part 5 that can extend by a certain length in the axial direction of these half-ring bodies on the circumferential side. The outer peripheries of one ends of the half-ring bodies 3 and 4 of the two half-tubular bodies 1 and 2 are connected by hinge parts 6, respectively. Furthermore, when these half-tubular bodies 1 and 2 are rotated about the hinge part 6 in directions A and B in FIG. They are arranged at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction so that the inner end surfaces 7, 8 on the connected side and the outer end surfaces 9, 10 on the opposite side coincide with each other.
Reference numeral 11 denotes a fitting hole provided in the outer end surface 9 and inner end surface 7 of each half-ring body 3 of one half-tubular body 1, and the opening 12 thereof is formed narrowly as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 13 denotes a protrusion that is provided on the outer end surface 10 and the inner end surface 8 of each half ring body 4 of the other semi-tubular body 2 and that fits and engages with the fitting hole 11; 14 has a semi-cylindrical shape. It is preferable that the opening 12 of the fitting hole 11 has a slightly smaller dimension than the head 14 of the protrusion 13. In the above example, the fitting hole 11 and the protrusion 13 were provided on both the inner end surfaces 7, 8 and the outer end surfaces 9, 10, but the fitting hole 11 and the protrusion 13
may be provided only on the outer end surfaces 9 and 10.

A state is shown in which the protrusion 13 is fitted and locked in the fitting hole 11 by rotating in the direction B to form a tubular body.

In the bent inner part, the half-rings adjacent to each other in the row direction compress the connecting part 5 and come into contact with each other to resist the bending force, and in the outer part, the connecting part 5 stretches and resists the bending force. There is. Longitudinal dimension l when the outer part of the connecting part 5 is extended to the maximum when bent in this way
By appropriately selecting the length l' of the half-ring bodies 1 and 2, a protective tube having a desired allowable radius of curvature R can be obtained.

6で切除すればよい。 Figure 5 shows a case in which two cable protection tubes of the present invention are used in combination so as to be coupled oppositely. By attaching the protective tubes formed in the two cables to each cable, the two cables can be routed to the bend while maintaining a constant distance. Similarly, by alternately engaging only the semi-tubular bodies on one side of four or more protective tubes of the present invention, a protective tube that can separate three or more cables by a fixed distance can be formed. In that case, only one half-tubular body remains on both sides, so if necessary, this can be removed at the hinge portion 6.

上し得る。 As explained above, by appropriately selecting the dimensions of the half-ring body and the connecting portion, the cable protection tube of the present invention can be made so that it does not bend below the desired allowable radius of curvature, and can be opened and closed in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the cable wiring can be done while covering the cable from the side, making the wiring work easier, and it can also be easily attached and detached from the cable after wiring, so when adding cables or changing the wiring route, there is no need to use a conventional protection tube. There is no need to remove the cable at the connection point as when using the cable, which can improve work efficiency.
