Generally, as illustrated in Figure 1, in order to transport refrigerated container B on container ship A, the capacity of the onboard power generation equipment is increased, and along with this, it is necessary to expand and install power distribution equipment. . Also,
As shown in FIG. 2, expansion of power distribution facilities is also required at the land-based accumulation base C for refrigerated containers B. However, if we were to install power generation equipment and power distribution equipment one after another on ships and land-based accumulation bases in response to these demands, not only would it require huge equipment costs, but there would always be unused equipment, resulting in economical problems. It's also a big waste. Therefore, it goes without saying that it would be more convenient and economical if there were a unit-type power generation facility that could be attached to and detached from a refrigerated container and transported together.

However, the conventional unit type motor generator has a problem in that it cannot be immediately applied to the above-mentioned refrigerated container. In other words, conventional unit-type power generators, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-52119, are simply an engine and a generator installed in a relatively small box, and are not used for emergency equipment or security equipment. It does not have any safety features, and there are many safety issues. Also,
Even with other conventional unit-type power generators, the dimensions of the box housing them and the dimensions and position of the transportation securing devices differed depending on the generator, so the outer dimensions and dimensions specified by international standards were different. There is a drawback that the power generation device cannot be directly moved or transported by using the container transportation equipment with the container as it is.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to build a package by incorporating all the equipment necessary for a power generation device into the inside and outside surface of the box, which has the same external shape and dimensions as a container which has internationally standardized external shapes and dimensions. We have developed a container-type diesel generator that supplies power to a refrigerated container with a built-in electric refrigerator without the need for separate equipment, using a container-type diesel generator that can be moved and transported using container transportation equipment as is. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for supplying power to a refrigerated container.

The structure of this invention has an internationally standardized external shape and
A diesel engine, a fuel oil tank for this diesel engine, a generator driven by the diesel engine, and the power generated by this generator are supplied inside a box body that has the same external shape and dimensions as the container. In addition to housing the supply/distribution board to be distributed and a fire extinguishing device that automatically extinguishes the fire inside the box, the outer surface of the box is provided with an inspection door, a receptacle for extracting power connected to the supply/distribution board, and a fire extinguishing device for automatically extinguishing the fire inside the box. It is powered by electricity using a container-type diesel generator equipped with an operating handle to operate the device, an emergency stop switch to stop the generator, and an alarm to detect abnormalities inside the box and issue an alarm. When a refrigerated container with a built-in refrigerating machine and the same external dimensions as the above-mentioned container for storing cargo is transported on a ship or vehicle or stored at a collection site,
The container-type diesel generator and the refrigerated container are stacked, and when the alarm generates an alarm, the emergency stop switch is operated from outside the container-type diesel generator to stop the generator, and the generator is stopped. The present invention is characterized in that the container type diesel generator is driven to supply electric power to the refrigerated container via the receptacle in a state where the fire extinguishing device can be operated by operating the operating handle.

Although the diesel engine 4 used in the power generation device according to the present invention is not limited to the fuel oil necessary for its operation, it is used to operate the main engine of the ship from the viewpoint of ship operation economy or fuel economy. It is even more preferable if a type that can also use fuel oil (heavy oil) is selected.

In this case, regarding how to use the fuel oil of the main engine, a system that directly uses the fuel oil of the main engine,
Alternatively, various piping system structures can be easily considered, such as a system that uses oil mixed with the fuel oil of the main engine, but whatever is adopted, the fuel oil tank 12 of the diesel engine 4 in the case of this invention The size of the generator can be kept to a minimum, and this can greatly contribute to expanding the use of space within the power generating device and reducing the weight of the device.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, necessary and sufficient equipment is provided during the operation of the power generation equipment and during emergencies and abnormalities, including the diesel engine, generator, operating equipment, security equipment, feeder/switchboard, and Since the container-type diesel power generator is constructed by installing an alarm in a box with the same external shape and dimensions as an internationally standardized container, the above power generator can be easily and directly used by using the container transportation equipment as is. It is very convenient to move and transport. In addition, when transporting refrigerated containers by container ship or vehicle, or when accumulating refrigerated containers at a land container accumulation base, the receptacle of the above-mentioned power generation device in an independent state installed at a predetermined location within a group of containers is used. By connecting the refrigerated containers, it is possible to easily supply power to each refrigerated container without the need for any separate equipment. Even in a container accumulation area without land power supply equipment for containers, there is no need to provide a special power supply equipment, and there is no inconvenience, and the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional systems are eliminated. Furthermore, in the case of the above container-type diesel generator, if an alarm that detects an abnormality inside the box issues an alarm to the outside, an emergency stop switch is operated from the outside to stop the generator, and the inside of the box is automatically extinguished. Since the fire extinguisher can be operated via the operating handle, abnormalities in the power generator can be dealt with immediately, and safe operation is further ensured.
