本発明は文字を捺印したテープを得るに利用す
る新規の手動式テープ印字器に関するものであ

部3の天板3′に於てテープ走行溝2の上側に位
置する個所に切欠4を切設すると共に文字盤装填
部3内に円盤体5を軸杆6を中心として回転する
状態に為して装入し、この円盤体5の外周縁部に
多数の筒状縦孔7…を設け当該各筒状縦孔7…内
の中段に内向フランジ40を設け、下端にゴム製
印体9を銜止した印体保持枠41をそのゴム製印
体9の銜止部が上記のフランジ40の下方に位置
するようにして筒状縦孔7…内に配し、この印体
保持枠41の頂部に下向きの有底筒状を呈する同
印体保持枠41の下降の限度規制用の突出部25
を形成すると共に上記のフランジ40と印体保持
枠41の頂端間にバネ8を介装し、円盤体5の側
周外面と主体1の横向部1′の側壁とに上記の所
望の印体9が切欠4の真下に位置した時に相互に
係合して円盤体5の回転を一時的にストツプさせ
る凹溝10と板バネ11を設け、更に主体1の縦
向部1″の内側面に印字用ハンドル13を配して
当該印字用ハンドル13の中間部を横向部1′に
軸ピン14を以て回転自在に軸承し、この印字用
ハンドル13の先端部13′に同印字用ハンドル
13の基端部13″を主体1の縦向部に向けて握
り絞つた時に押下状態となつて上記の所望の印体
9を押下するハンマー15を取付けると共に主体
1の縦向部1″を蓋16を開閉してテープ17を
装填するテープマガジン18とし、また主体1の
折曲部に印字用ハンドル13の握り絞り作動によ
つてテープ17を上記のテープ走行溝2内に一文
字分ずつ送り出す爪車19付きのローラー20と
同ローラー20にテープ17を押着する遊転自在
の押圧ローラー21を装備し、この押圧ローラー
21はこれを回すことによつてテープ17を爪車
19付きローラー21による送りとは無関係の状
態で連続的に送り出し得るようにし、更にテープ
走行溝2の先端部の上側のナイフ22を固定する
と共に主体1の横向部1′の先端個所下面にカツ
ト用ハンドル23を配し当該カツト用ハンドル2
3の先端部を横向部1′に軸ピン24を以て回転
自在に軸承し且つ同カツト用ハンドル23の中間
個所に戻し用バネ25を係装し、このカツト用ハ
ンドル23の先端寄り個所に同カツト用ハンドル
23の握り絞り時に上記のナイフ22に圧接して
印字後のテープ17を切断するクツシヨンバネ2
6付きの押切体27を装備すると共にテープマガ
ジン18と送り出ローラー20との間に広幅テー
プ17aおよび狭幅テープ17bの中心線をテー
プ走行溝2の中心線に一致するように案内して送
り出す広幅テープ17aと同じ幅員の繰出口32
と狭幅テープ17bと同じ幅員の繰出口32を二
段重ね配置に設けた口部材34を固定し、更にこ
れとは別個に周面にテープ17の繰出口35を切
欠したテープマガジン18の内径より小径なリン
グ状ドラム36を基板37に回転自在に軸承した
補助体38を構成し、この補助体38の基板37
にドラム36内に装填したロール状テープ17の
繰り出し時に先端が同ドラム36におけるテープ
17の繰出口35の後方切縁に外方より係合して
ドラム36のテープ17の繰出方向への回転を係
止し、一旦繰出したテープ17をドラム36に巻
付ける際には繰出口35の前方切縁との間に位置
する当該テープ17の繰出部によつて同前方切縁
に係合が遮止されてドラム36の逆回転を許容す
るトーシヨンバネ状の係止部材39を取付けると
共に当該補助体39を上記のテープマガジン18

した印体保持枠をそのゴム製印体の銜止部が上記
のフランジの下方に位置するようにして筒状縦孔
内に配し、この印体保持枠の頂部に下向きの有底
筒状を呈する同印体保持枠の下降の限度規制用の
突起部を形成すると共に上記のフランジと印体保
持枠の頂部間にバネを介装したのでハンドルの引
絞りの強弱とは無関係に印体のテープへの押接力
を均一化し得るものであつて、この為に特に本発
明に於ては印体にゴム製のものを使用したことと
相俟つてその印影に押しむらを生ずるを確実に防
止し得る利点があり、更に本発明においては周面
にテープの繰出口を切欠したテープマガジンの内
径より小径なリング状ドラムを基板に回転自在に
軸承した補助体を構成し、この補助体の基板にド
ラム内に装填したテープの繰り出し時に先端が同
ドラムにおける繰出口の後方切縁に外方より係合
してドラムのテープの繰出方向への回転を係止
し、一旦繰出したテープをドラムに巻付ける際に
は繰出口の前方切縁との間に位置する当該テープ
の繰出部によつて同前方切縁との係合が遮止され
てドラムの逆回転を許容するトーシヨンバネ形状
の係止部材を取付けると共に当該補助体を上記の
テープマガジン内に出入自在に装入したので、印
字器へのテープの填装はドラム内にテープを格納
したのち補助体をそのテープマガジンに装入すれ
ばよいのであつて同作業が極めて簡単であるのみ
ならずテープの繰出時にはドラムが不用意に回転
してそのテープの繰出口が印字器主体に設けた同
テープの送出路と非対応状態となつてテープの繰
出に支障が生ずるなどの虞れがなく、またテープ
の巻戻しの際には上記の係止部材によつてドラム
の逆回転が阻止されるようなこともなく同巻戻作
業を極めて円滑に行うことができるなどの効果が

Claims (1)
の側方に周縁部に多数の筒状縦孔を設けた円盤体
を配しこの円盤体を主体に対して筒状孔の尠くと
も一つがテープ走行溝の真上に位置するようにし
て回転自在に軸承すると共に各筒状縦孔内の中段
に内向フランジを設け、下端にゴム製印体を銜止
した印体保持枠をそのゴム製印体の銜止部が上記
のフランジの下方に位置するようにして筒状縦孔
内に配し、この印体保持枠の頂部に下向きの有底
筒状を呈する同印体保持枠の下降の限度規制用の
突起部を形成すると共に上記のフランジと印体保
持枠の頂部間にバネを介装し、更に主体に握り絞
り形式の印字用ハンドルを取付けこの印字用ハン
ドルに其の握り絞り時に上記のテープ走行溝の真
上に存する筒状孔内の印体を押下するハンマーを
連結すると共に主体の所要個所にテープマガジン
と印字用ハンドルの戻りに連動してテープマガジ
ンよりテープ走行溝に対して送り出す繰出装置と
を設け、更にこれとは別個に周面にテープの繰出
口を切欠したテープマガジンの内径より小径なリ
ング状ドラムを基板に回転自在に軸承した補助体
を構成し、この補助体の基板にドラム内に装填し
たテープの繰り出した時に先端が同ドラムにおけ
る繰出口の後方切縁に外方より係合してドラムの
テープの繰出方向への回転を係止し、一旦繰出し
たテープをドラムに巻付ける際には繰出口の前方
切縁との間に位置する当該テープの繰出部によつ
て同前方切縁との係合が遮止されてドラムの逆回
転を許容するトーシヨンバネ形状の係止部材を取
付けると共に当該補助体を上記のテープマガジン
内に出入自在に装入したことを特徴とする手動式
テープ印字器。1.
