降ろし代りに浸漬管交換架台を乗せ、この架台で
浸漬管を支えてから浸漬管を真空脱ガス槽より取
り外す。したがつて従来においては、滓取りは危
険であり、労力を多とし、走行台車への滓取り治
具の装着、滓取り治具と交換架台の取り換え等の
作業が大変であつた。

いて、リング状に付着物除去歯1を形成した円筒
状の歯冠2のフランジ3は、円筒状本体4の上フ
ランジ22に固着されている。円筒状本体4は外
側に水冷パイプ11が巻回されており、下端を円
筒台座5に固着されており、円筒台座5の外側に
は4個のスプリング座体6が固着されており、ス
プリング座体6内のコイルスプリング7は、エア
ーパレツトのエアー放出台8で受けられている。
エアー放出台8の上面には、浸漬管9の下端を受
けるリング状のブロツク10が固着されている。
エアー放出台8はエアーパレツトのエアー受台1
2の上表面に乗つている。

昇で地金や滓が十分に除去されないと、油圧シリ
ンダ161,162の圧油を少し抜いて歯冠2を少
し下げ、エアーパレツトを付勢し歯冠2を少し回
転させてからテーブル14を再度上昇させる。こ
のようにして滓を除去すると、そのままテーブル
14を上昇させて歯1の先端を浸漬管9のフラン
ジ21に当て、コイルスプリング7が圧縮されブ
ロツク10の上端が浸漬管9の下端に接近した所
でテーブル14の上昇を止める。そこで真空脱ガ
ス槽19のフランジ20より浸漬管9のフランジ
21を外す。このとき浸漬管9の重みでコイルス
プリング7が更に圧縮され浸漬管9の下端がブロ
ツク10の上端に接つし、浸漬管9は歯冠2およ
びブロツク10で支持される。コイルスプリング
7はこのように、浸漬管9を支えるクツシヨン材
として働く。次に走行台車を駆動して他所で浸漬
管9を降ろし、別の浸漬管を乗せて走行台車を真
空脱ガス槽19の所に戻し、その浸漬管を槽19
