向手前の隣の星形アームに設けられた鉄片17が
永久磁石16に接近する。これによつて星形停止
車7は次第に反時計方向の付勢力を受けるように
なり、したがつてびん5が星形アームから離れて
も星形停止車7はこの付勢力によつて回転し前方
停止爪11に当接して停止する(第1図)。供給
通路は再び完全にフリーになる。また、該星形ア
ームにまだびん5が接していないときは、該星形
停止車7はびんが到着するまで、ほぼ停止位置付
近にとどまつたままでいる。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 ピン継手ベルト鎖の横に配設されて移送方向
に回転可能であり手すり間の供給通路を遮断する
停止位置に拘束可能である星形停止車を有しかつ
ピン継手ベルト鎖またはその類似品および横手す
りを具備する容器供給装置、とくにびん供給装置
のための停止装置であつて、星形停止車7が中立
位置にあるとき完全に供給通路の範囲外にあるよ
うに、星形停止車7が移送方向回転に対し停止位
置かあるいは中立位置のいずかに拘束されるよう
に、また星形停止車7に回転装置16,17が配
設され該回転装置は星形停止車がその星形アーム
を供給通路に少くとも侵入する程度に星形停止車
をその中立位置からわずか移送方向に回転可能な
ように該星形停止車7が形成されていることを特
徴とするピン継手ベルト鎖またはその類似品およ
び横手すりを具備する容器供給装置、とくにびん
供給装置のための停止装置。 2 回転装置16,17は星形停止車7のすべり
を許容し、該星形停止車は通過する容器とともに
回転可能であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲
第1項記載の容器供給装置とくにびん供給装置の
ための停止装置。 3 回転装置は星形停止車7に配設するかあるい
は固定して配設された永久磁石16とそれに対応
する磁性体17とを具備することを特徴とする特
許請求の範囲第2項記載の容器供給装置とくにび
ん供給装置のための停止装置。 4 可動のただ1個の停止部材10で2つの異な
る拘束部分を具備し、該拘束部分により星形停止
車7が停止位置または中立位置に拘束されること
を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項
のいずかに記載の容器供給装置とくにびん供給装
置のための停止位置。 5 停止部材10は転向可能な二重てこの形状を
有し、該二重てこは両端に星形停止車7のための
停止つめ11,12を具備することを特徴とする
特許請求の範囲第4項記載の容器供給装置とくに
びん供給装置のための停止位置。 6 停止部材10が星形停止車7の星形アームに
直接接することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第4
項または第5項記載の容器供給装置とくにびん供
給装置のための停止装置。 7 星形停止車7は、容器供給装置2に対するそ
の角度位置に関し2つの相互に連続する停止位置
の間にそれぞれ中立位置が存在し、この場合可能
な停止位置の数と可能な中立位置の数とはそれぞ
れ星形アームの数と一致することを特徴とする特
許請求の範囲第1項ないし第6項のいずかに記載
の容器供給装置とくにびん供給装置のための停止
装置。 8 星形停止車7は中立位置における拘束の解放
後次の停止位置で拘束されることを特徴とする特
許請求の範囲第7項記載の容器供給装置とくにび
ん供給装置のための停止装置。
[Claims] 1.
